One of the very best experiences we have had with any company. They responded very quickly. The work was done absolutely flawlessly and in such a very timely manner. Their competence and professionalism were very appreciated. But additionally, they were just so NICE to work with! I spoke with Tim Hamblen (father) regarding schedule and cost; his son, Drew, did all of the work. They were clear in their explanations of what would be done, when it would be done, and what it would cost. Everything was very, very agreeable, and again, just so very pleasant. We would definitely hire them again, and we recommend them VERY highly.

We called on a Sat close to Christmas and they came right out. The son came right on over and relight the water heater and cleaned the dust off of water heater. We were advised to start saving $$$ as this heater is over 10 years old. F0r a Saturday call out I feel their price was fair.

Called for 4 different quotes. Hamblen and Sons by far came in as the least expensive. The next closest quote was 200.00 more. Arrived before my scheduled time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Less than 2 hours later I once again have hot water! He even went a step further by checking my furnace knowing about a defect affecting my model and year of furnace. It was educational and at no time did he try to push a replacement which was greatly appreciated. The positive feedback and rating is well deserved. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends and will use them in the future.

Call this company! The 5 star rating is well deserved. Hamblen and Sons educated me about the process, provided an excellent solution to a challenging install, and when asked to add a costly part that I had been advised was needed, said they would, but that it was unnecessary. Their quote was pocket friendly to begin with, and their honest evaluation of my needs saved me more :) The install was well done - admired by my friend that is a gas tech for a gas company. Great people! What you would want at any home project. Tim was very courteous and detailed when explaining the work they will be doing. He understood my budget concerns and worked with me. I watched his son do the work... excellently done! Got the job done quickly and efficiently. Left the place clean after the job. These are good people, will highly recommend them.
