Tim was great. They replaced our leaking, broken water heater within 14 hours of calling them at 5:30 PM on a Thursday. Quality replacement equipment. Great value. On-time. We will use H&S in the future.

The work was done professionally. The space was kept clean and safe at all time. He was very pleasant and informative about how to maintain the water heater.

Great customer service from the start to the end of the project. Tim took the time to answer my questions and was very honest. Prices were very competitive. We needed a water heater and we had a new one instslled by the next day. Drew was on time, his work was clean and efficient. He even adjusted the settings on my gas stove as a courtesy. Excellent experience with Hamblen & Sons. I immediately received a call back from Tim after submitting a request on HomeAdvisor to replace a broken water heater. I sent some pictures to Tim that night and he was able to give me an estimate and set up an appointment the next day. Drew showed up on time . He did a fantastic job with replacing the heater. Very knowledgable and professional. I would definitely hire again.

I had a great experience. Hamblen & Sons provided an initial quote based upon what I described and requested photos to help ensure the job went smoothly. In my case the job required a different part than originally quoted. The quote was adjusted to reflect this change. This worked well since without this interaction the job would not have gone so smoothly. Everything was up front, clearly explained, and executed well. I would definitely use Hamblen & Sons in the future.

Wow! Awesome customer service before and during the install. Tim was completely up front with cost. Other places I called for quotes couldn't even give me a rough guess as to total cost. Drew was early by a few minutes and went right to work. In a little over an hour I had a brand new water heater installed. Work site was cleaned up. Tim and Drew easily answered any questions I had during the entire process. Total time involved was a little over 6 hours from the time I found them on Home Adviser until the work was completed. It could have been less then that, but I went and got other quotes that wasted too much time. If I need anymore work on natural gas items, I'm calling these guys!

My water heater sprang a leak. Timothy Hamblen was kind enough to return my call on Thanksgiving morning. With his advice I was able to manage the leak till he could come out. His son, Drew was the one that actually came out and replaced our water heater. The install was quick and neatly done. He initially said that the two earthquake straps could be reused and I would not need to pay for new ones. As it turned out, the new water heater was wider than the old one and the original straps had to be replaced. Drew did so without charging us for this because it was not included in the original quote. The job was well done and fairly priced. The entire experience was fantastic. What really set the Hamblens apart from anyone else that I have ever had over to work on my home, was the incredible customer service. Starting with Timothy Hamblen returning my call on Thanksgiving morning while taking some time away from his family to do so. He was very helpful and personable over the phone. His son Drew, was also very personable and had such a great demeanor and attitude about the job. Nowadays, that kind of friendly customer service is a rarity, in my opinion. I hope never to have any future issues with my water heater, but if I do so, I will definitely hire the Hamblens.
