Tim was fantastic. The utility gave a date to install the gas meter but then we experienced endless delays followed by lack of communication. Tim made contact with the utility company and turned another ten day delay into a one day delay. Furthermore, his sons performed the work and took the time to explain what they were doing. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have gas piping or other plumbing work done.

It took a bit longer for the service provider to contact the customer after service request were enterred. If the provider can call back right away, then it would be a 100% service all the way thru. Anyway, I am totally satisfy with the work. The thing that I like the most, and it is the very important thing that I have not seen anywhere else for a long time was the service provider came out to do the work. This guaranteed that the customer would receive the best quality of service ever. Great job!!!

My hot water heater was leaking and tripping my breaker. I put in a request with Service Magic and received a call very soon after my request. After speaking with Tim (who was quite enjoyable to talk to), his son came out to replace my water heater the next day. He did an exceptional job. . .clean, fast, and professional. Outstanding service, quality work, good value...I HIGHLY recommend them. Tim was thorough and quick with his communication and Drew provided great service and high quality doing the work.

I submitted comments as soon as the project was done. Without Tim and Drew, the project would have cost more. They identified parts I was paying too much for. They not only converted the dryer and fireplace to natural gas but assisted us in the interface with PSE by connecting the meter to the existing pipe. Something we had expected from PSE. They made 2 trips and fully supported us when we got in a bind. A GREAT company to work with!

Tim and his son were a little late for the appointment to do the work, but they called and let us know there was a delay so it was no problem. Their work was superb, they installed the gas piping exactly to the directions the appliance people had given us, cleaned up after they were done, and came in under the estimate. They were really easy to work with, did what they said they would do. The work was true quality and we will definately use them again.

They were fantastic to work with. they came out on a sunday afternoon to replace my water heater. it was a few dollars more than the other price i got, but the other guys wouldn't work on Sunday! who wants to wait a whole extra day to get hot water? Nice, clean, professional, and as a bonus, they helped me unclog my bathroom sink! thanks guys!!!!

Knew this was the right contractor after speaking with Tim for just a few minutes. Very competative price. Professional install of a natural gas line extention to my new free standing gas range. They have the mechanics and costing of my type of job down to a science If you have a similar project you should hire hamblin and sons.

Gave us quote over the phone but when they came to see the project and do the project it should have been more but honored the quote.

A father - son team that can't be beat! I had an earthquake valve installed and Tim H. (father) walked me through it on the phone so I could give him the information about the gas meter and piping, in turn allowing him to determine a firm estimate. Drew H. (son) came out the next day (!) on time (actually a bit early but he called ahead to make sure that was ok) and performed the installation flawlessly. I know where to go for my next water heater etc.

Since my husband did most of the communicating with Tim I was a bit out of the loop. Drew came out installed the new water heater professionally and efficiently. The bill was a bit over the bid but a discount was given. I had a question and called Tim and got what I perceived as a bit of an attitude. It just added a little negative to an otherwise good experience.
