Description of Work: They removed several layers of old roofing down to the rafters. Sheeted the rafters with plywood and put on a new comp roof. The roof went well but the gutters were poorly hung and needed additional blocking and wedging to improve the appearance and function. Even though the gutters were brand new, one of the gutters ends leaked badly because of the way it was hung.

Description of Work: I had the roof replaced on the house and the detached garage with a full new gutter system installed. I was so impressed! I will and have sent them referrals. The materials were delivered about an hour before the crew. The crew arrived at 8am as promised. At one point during the day I have 8 men on my roof. They had the old roof off of the house by 10am. The majority of the work was completed in one day, the second day was only a couple of hours of final finishes. Despite the warm weather these guys were fast and efficient.

Description of Work: They just replaced the roof and gutters. I worked with Mike. They did tear off, re-shingling, replaced some of the facing wood, and replaced the gutters, all for a great price.

Mike was awesome! He showed up the same day I put in the request. He took his measurements came in and gave me a portfolio of what was available which gave me a starting point. He was very realistic in his estimates. Once i got his quote it was well within my price point. They did all the work in ONE day! I was very pleased. The workmanship was professional and well done. Mike was truly involved all the way. I appreciated this. He kept me informed. I love the finished product!

Mike was great! He was in constant communication to let me know where everything was and stopped by several times to make sure I was happy. He answered all my questions and concerns. His crew worked extremely hard to make sure the project was completed on time. They stayed after dark to make sure the debris was picked up. I would recommend Krown Roofing and the rest of the crew to anyone that needs a new roof. I have an excellent new roof, very good communications, work crew was very well trained, felt like I had a group of supervisors working on my roof, could not tell who was the foreman. When done I felt and am sure I received more than I paid for.... also my neighbors commented on how well they cleaned up each night. After the job was completed Mike set up a time to do a walkthrough and explained thoroughly what was done? I was told when I?m 100% satisfied the job is completed. I was 100 % Satisfied. I paid the Invoice... and received A Lien Release from Mike and all the suppliers..Painless?
