This has been a disastrous experience. The first time a technician came, he walked into the house without knocking or even calling first. He evaluated the dishwasher, said he had to order a part, and he left. About a week later we received a call that the part had come in. We called to schedule. We were given a date and half-day time window. Later they called back and said the technician would come between 4 and 5 PM. On the appointed day, the technician did not arrive. I called the next business day and was told that the technician had come at 2 PM and left a note and that he had called. in fact, there was no note on the door and no phone calls were received. We scheduled for the next day. The technician did call, did arrive on time. However, as soon as he got out of his truck he said he had the wrong part. No apology, just a comment that he would have to call in the error, and we would be rescheduled. This outfit is incompetent!! My dishwasher is still not working, and the process of trying to get it fixed has taken nearly a month, with no resolution.
Description of Work: This outfit was subcontracted by Sears to repair a dishwasher, per terms of a protection agreement we have with Sears.
