Good workmanship ,explain to me what was causing problems and how to prevent it from happening again.

The project was completed professionally and at a reasonable cost. The technician obviously took pride in completing the project right. Some issues were encountered but they were solved and fixed. The technician explained in detail what he was doing and why. He left the project site clean and neat. My wife and I highly recommend Hardie Plumbing for your plumbing projects!

We received a call after submitting inquiry through Home Advisor within minutes, and a quote over the phone w/quick email of quote in writing. Accepted quote and had appointment for 2 days later. That was our choice. Jeff & Michael were prompt, efficient and walked us through the parts of our new water heater, as well as what to expect & maintenance we can do to make sure it works as intended. We will definitely recommend Hardie Plumbing to friends & use them should we need a plumber in the future.

He was amazing in a very difficult situation

Hardie Plumbing came out on a Saturday on short notice to diagnose and repair a leaking shower at our house in Lakewood, They arrived early and identified the problem quickly, repaired it quickly, and even made some small but very worthwhile upgrades along the way to make the shower more user friendly and prevent the problem the caused the leak from recurring; all for a very reasonable rate especially for a Saturday callout. They communicated well and were responsive. Great work, would hire again.

This company was excellent. Their customer service and communication was exactly what I seek in a service business. I called on Saturday about our failing water heater and they responded and fixed the problem the very next day. We had a new water heater installed on Sunday. Jeff and Michael were very personable and polite. We received specific instructions for routine maintenance that were clearly explained. I would not hesitate to hire this company again. Chris installed piping and exterior hose bibs (spigots) for both ends of my house. Very professional, congenial, and answered questions AND brainstormed! It was good to collaborate on where things would go. He offered ideas for my watering needs, such as timers, soaker hoses, and splitters. I asked about moving my washer/dryer and am now working with them to move those appliances, plumbing and electrical (they have peeps). Yay I'll get my pantry. I definitely recommend Chris, Candyce, and Jeff they are great!

They came in to my home diagnosed that the pump in my well went out and I needed to have it replaced. They helped me work with their finance company to get the finances to have it done. I got financing they came out replace the pump in my well also had to replace the pressure tank up in my garage they did all the wiring in between. They were very considerate of my property and of me especially with all this covid stuff going on. They are very professional at what they do. They are very hard workers. They said a two-day block out to replace the pump in my well and to dig the trench for the power line and they got it done in one day. I was very pleased with that I was finally getting water. The owner Jeff Hardy had no problems answering any questions I had. They make you feel very comfortable. They will walk through the whole process with you explain everything that they will have to do. If you need financing they have a company they work with that doesn't just base everything on your credit score. They are wonderful small company to deal with. I would recommend them to anybody.
