Jeff and Chris communicated honestly and directly about the cost of the project Instalation of the hot water heater was completed within a day of my initial call Chris took time to explain to me how a water heater works and a requirement for yearly maintenance and warranty benchmarks . Overall I am impressed wit an excellent job done.

Our water heater busted at around 7:30 PM and Hardie Enterprises was at our house promptly at 9 AM the next day. By far the best price for the quality of water heater installed and their customer service was outstanding. We will definitely reach out to them for further needs in the future.

***UPDATE: Owner Jeff Hardy contacted me and came out to my home free of charge and replaced the failing part. THAT FOLKS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR FUTURE PROJECTS I wanted to write a nice review but I cant. Upon arrival my tub faucet did not leak. Plummer worked on it. He left with the faucet leaking a steady stream of water. I had to fix the leak myself. Plummer stated the part had weakened while he was here. Plummer offered to come back at an additional charge. The part was new. The old faucet was discovered in my garbage disposal. I cannot recommend this company.

Fast and efficient

Chris came out and installed approximately 25' of black iron gas line from inside the house from under our gas cooktop cabinet drawers to the patio. He installed our gas barbecue stub to finish the job. Nothing but 5 Stars and excellence with them. He pulled the proper permit and everything went as smooth as glass. !!! ð  Â

Chris is an excellent plumber. He gave me two different options for the job and explained the pros and cons of both. He is knowledgeable and friendly and very enthusiastic about his work. Chris fitted my gas pipeline project into his schedule the day before Thanksgiving, even though I called that Wednesday, so I could cook a turkey in my new gas oven. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He assessed what was needed and recommended two choices. He installed the more difficult choice without increasing the price. He also identified another gas line problem in my house and fixed that as well. I appreciated Chris's positive and can-do attitude and the fact that he stayed till 8 p.m. to finish the job. I will definitely use Hardie again if I have a need for such services.

I could tell that this call to a contractor (gas) was going to be a good experience with the return call. Organized and professional. Josh (gas plumber) Came by the same day and we communicated on several options. He understood gas flow, pipe size requirements, and what a tankless water heater would require. I hired Jeff to replace my aging gas water heater. Jeff, is very responsive and he including his team are very knowledgeable. Jeff is straight to the point in giving price quote with no frills attached and his pricing was the best and his team's work is every penny worth. The pricing was very reasonable unlike others who have so many addons, etc. He explained to me my options and pricing, he never tried to sell me something that I dont need. educated me on water heaters. Chris was the technician who replaced my water heater, he is very clean and also cleaned up the work area after he was done, he was very detailed.
