We were very please with the whole situation. We bought the sink and the faucet. He had to put some parts in it. We were happy with what he did, no problems there. I thought the price was very good, if we didn't pay him twice. If he gives me back my money I would use him again. I felt that they were very good about working with me for my problem. He seemed to understand my situation and so for. For instance, we wanted to buy our own sink and faucet. That was very fine with him, absolutely no problem. He worked with us quite nicely. He did use an apprentice to put it in, and I thought the apprentice did a good job. He seemed to know what he was doing, and he did a good job.

Purchased a deal for $200 worth of plumbing service for $99. Chad first came out to see what kind of service I needed done prior to the appointment/job. I had to have a backflow? outdoor faucet installed due to code, which I knew and a new mounting block. I agreed to an additional charge of $114.95 An email sent to me gave me the install date and time, which I agreed. He showed up with a helper. The work was completed.

Chad fixed a leaking bathroom faucet with a stripped set screw. Set an appointment date/time and showed professionalism by calling to say he would be 15 mins late. Finished the job within 30 mins. Job well done.
