Description of Work: Jade was absolutely the best! Helped us with selection, gave us a lot of extra options and was extremely receptive to our needs. We had three rooms done and she took the time to show us not only how she measured it, but how the carpets might get laid down to give us some comfort around what the work was going to involve. What's more, when the crew came, they were in and out in half the allotted time.

Description of Work: I was able to get new carpet installed within 10 days from Fantastic Floors. We were originally going to use Home Depot, but they couldn't meet our timeline for getting carpet installed within our budget and with the carpet we liked. Sandra from Fantastic Floors was able to get us better carpet, the same price, and installation 3 weeks sooner than Home Depot. The installers were professional and courteous, and did a great job! I was very pleased with the results! They also have a wide selection of materials for counter tops and other flooring options, and Sandra seemed very knowledgeable about products and the industry. I am going to check with her when we do our wood floors, countertops, and bathrooms in the future because the selection, price, and service was top notch!
