Outstanding overall service! Tremendous support from Meredith as she helped us determine exactly what type blinds and shutters we needed for our new home. Additionally she followed up to ensure we were happy with the installation. Installation went extremely well?Gene with the Shutters and Wayne with the Blinds?. both did an outstanding job. Both men were on time, professional and very friendly?.and did a super job! I would recommend this team to anyone!

This is a sham of a company. They were contracted to lay roughly 600 sqft of laminate. I live in a three story townhome, the work was to be performed on the second floor. This floor of the condo is the main living quarters with a sliding glass door to back yard/patio. I had completely cleared the floors of furniture and pulled the carpet myself, so the floors were ready for their installation. I even left open space in the garage if they needed to do any work. We had provided all the equipment needed, flooring, vapor barrier, ect. The installers said that the vapor barrier was not needed because the floors had built in pads. That is not correct, as it stil has seems and moisture can permiate between the pads. When I came home after the installation, I was HORRIFIED to find that the installers cut the floors IN MY HOUSE. I came home to a living area completely covered in laminate dust. Appliances, which were black, were now light brown. Crystal chandalier was completely dingy with saw dust. The worst part, all my daughter's toys that were on the shelves were completely covered in dust. First look of the floors looked fine, but as you walked on them, the edges between the pieces did not line up. There were over 40 poor connections. Over by the dishwasher, there was warping of the floor. When we contacted SUPERFLOORS regarding the condition of the condo and the floors, we were greeted with indignation. I brought out a cleaning crew. They spent over 16 hours cleaning just the main floor and attempting to remove the saw dust (it was pouring out of the electrical sockets). When SUPERFLOORS was contacted to reimburse for the cleaning costs, they balked at the cost and were very confrontational. As the time goes on (they will be replaced in a few weeks as Lowes is warrantying the floors) they get continually worse. Come to find out that they did not level the flooring, so a significant cause of the poor alignment was due to them leaving imperfections in the concrete floor. Also, with the heat, the floors now bow. Researching this, I found out that they did not leave a gap around the boarders, so when the floors expand, there is no place for the them to go. Now, with the bowing, when you step on the bowed piece, a plume of sawdust that was trapped under the floorboards come shooting up through the baseboards. Overall, a HORRIBLE experience and I would NEVER recommend them.

Super Floors is a total bait and switch rip-off scam. Prior to my scheduled appointment, I was looking at products in the store and was quoted 10x less than the price they quoted me once they found out I was purchasing a home buyer. Super Floors so called upgrades is nothing more than complete extortion. This company should be sued and burned at the stake for their corrupt busineses practices. Take your business somewhere else and run away as fast as you can!!! In this day and age of transparency, Super Floors double booking keeping and corrupt business practices should be shut down and closed for good. I hope this company is investigated and exposed for all of its wrong doings.?

SUPER FLOORS DID A WONDERFUL JOB INSTALLING OUR NEW HARDWOOD FLOORS, THEY BLENDED IT IN WITH THE EXISTING SO YOU CAN'T TELL WHERE THEY MEET. WE DID HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE TOILET LEAKING, BUT THEY FIXED IT ALL. THEY NOW ONLY HAVE PLUMBERS RESET TOILETS.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OK WITH SUPERFLOORS. THEY HAD A GREAT SHOWROOM. THE HELP INITIALLY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. AFTER A SMALL ISSUE WE HAD, THE PROFESSIONALISM DROPPED A BIT, MAKING IT UNCOMFORTABLE FOR THE SALES PERSON AND MYSELF TO COMMUNICATE OPENLY.
