Danielle is great to work with and very good at scheduling, getting back to you and keeping you informed of the process and what to expect. The work done was complete and exceeded expectations. A great group to work with.

Went through Home Advisors as I’v been cleaning my gutters on my own in the past. Had three responses. One would only do my gutter cleaning if it was worth their while that included pressure washing my drive & sidewalk & roof. The other was gutter helmet & was only interested replacing my current gutters which are a little over a year old. I think they’ve finally quit calling & emailing us. Rainier Window & Gutter were great & at a decent price. They were really on top of cleaning our gutters, kept us post on weather delays etc. I would highly recommend them.

On time, courteous Custer Service set up, price was reasonable and other than cleaner gutters you would not have known they were there!

The tech showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up after himself. The communication from the office was outstanding.

We scheduled an appointment in writing for "gutter cleaning" at 1 p.m. and came home from work then for it so we could watch the process and make sure drains were not clogged. In the morning we got a call saying he was was coming early, but we weren't home to receive the call. When we arrived home before 1 we found he had already been there and left. I was also expecting the inside and outside of the gutters to be cleaned for the price quoted. He had only cleaned the inside and came back to talk to us, but would not do the outside unless we paid more. The whole experience was upsetting.
