Called from travel; provided presenting issue, provided tenant's contact information and permissions to do the work, including credit cart authorization. Had to call back several times, they called me back instead of the tenant, showed up late, didn't repair the first two visits... ordered part. Waited over a week, and had to call back to reschedule and prompt them to get back on the schedule (no priority, we had to get back at the end of the line....this alone has me not dealing with them again). Understand that technical repairs can some times be tricky or go south... "kinda works, but not fully" ; but the "people" aspects of this service was terrible.. getting info taken and conveyed to the service person, or to the tenant... late arrivals with little communication ... one service visit was in the evening near 9 PM!! ( Yes, I trust this tenant's report). Talking with the manager did help to get the ball rolling...but it was not a turn key experience...it took a lot of my time and effort to get the fridge repaired.

Incompetent. Vlad removed the cover and began electrical testing. He concluded the machine was getting only 120 volts - 1/2 of the necessary 240 volts. He said to call an electrician. Electrician came and tested the circuit breaker. 240 volts. He then tested the outlet. 240 volts. He removed the cover where the cord enters the dryer. His meter read 240 volts. So the power to the dryer was 240 volts. Paid Express Appliance for a service call and they negligently diagnosed the problem as incorrect voltage. Hired an electrician who found no problem with the voltage. Would not recommend Express Appliance to anyone.

Vlad came out as scheduled and found out that my refrigerator had issues with the fan and explained to me that because fan was not working refrigerator was not circulating air as necessary for proper cooling.
It was a common part and he had it in his van so he was able to fix it the same day for much less than replacing the refrigerator.
I will continue recommending them to my friends as it's the best appliance repair experience I have had.
