Very well! You can tell J.B. cares about the vehicles he works on. Seems like he treats them as his very own.

They did an okay job, I'm not saying they didn't do an okay job but I want a good job and a reasonable price and that was just not it.

This was my first time to use their service. I found them on Angislist. The rating looked amazing, all “A”s across the board out of 37reviews! Although this place was a little further than another auto service, I went here because of the solid rating I saw. Service was great. People are friendly, able, and honest. I could tell right away they were respectable people. From the beginning to the end, work was done in professional and timely manner. In fact, the job was completed quicker than anticipated. Most places promise and don't deliver, this place promised and delivered more. I checked around before I went here, their price was competitive also. They are knowledgeable and explained what is immediately needed and what should be worked on so many miles later. Another shop said parts had to be replaced, I came here instead and found that parts still had life in them. They told me about it in honest and straight forward manner. Listen to this, I forgot about the Angislist coupon, but they reminded me of it and applied it! I hope their service is as good in our future visits. From my first experience I confirm the solid “A” others gave and plan to return.

Professional, reasonably price and courteous. Our first time doing business with Evergreen, but will definitely go back to them for future work.

This work went well. After they assessed why my right light was not working, we scheduled for them to do the harness replacement and it took about an hour.

My last date of service was about 90 days. I had a noise in my brake line and they called me up and said they had found it. They were laughing their heads off because it was a tiny piece of metal that had broken off and they had never seen anything like it before. They thought it was pretty funny. They didn't charge us for it because all they did was remove it showed it to us and then threw it away. They've been with us for a long time, they have long time employees and they have been honest with us about what we needed.

The check engine light came on in my 2003 Malibu. I brought it to a different mechanic shop on 3-8-14. They stated both the upstream and downstream O2 sensors were not working and needed to be replaced. They said that the valve cover gasket was leaking and they would need to conduct an intake manifold reseal. They believed coolant was leaking and falling on the O2 sensors, causing them to stop working. They stated it also needed a “winter radiator flush” because of this problem. The total cost they quoted after tax was quoted as $1,500.22. AND, they charged me $95 + tax for the estimate. I paid the $95 + tax and turned down the services. When I drove the car away from that company, the check engine light was no longer on. A couple of days later, I brought the car to Evergreen Auto SVS because of the great ratings on Angie’s List. They inspected the car. They stated the O2 sensors were working fine, the manifold did not need to be resealed, and the gasket was not leaking. They said that at most, there was a small amount of oil “sweating” in the area that was normal for that model and year of car. They recommended no work be done. AND, they didn’t charge me anything for the analysis. This company is awesome and they earned a new loyal customer.

Was so glad they let me make a Saturday appointment for this service!

They are the best. Been going there for almost 20 years.

I had been taking my van to a well-know lube and oil change chain, but I have begun to suspect that they were not doing the things they were charging me for. I called J. B. at Evergreen and got an appointment the same day. J. B. and the guys were very nice and explained everything to me in detail. They found a p/s and transmission leak, refilled the fluids, gave me a written estimate, and helped me make a plan to get them fixed. I will be taking my van to J. B. from now on. I do not have enough words to explain how much more secure I feel that I have my vehicle in the hands of people I can trust to do an excellent job and charge me a fair price.

I have used this provider for all my car services for more than 20 years for 5 or 6 different vehicles. Routine oil changes, tune -ups , brakes, emission problems, and other miscellaneous problems. Always was more than satisfied with service. I highly reccomend this provider.

JB Schindler at Evergreen Auto has been servicing my cars for years. His crew does an excellent job. When complete, I get a detailed description of the work done and a Safety and Maintenance Inspection Check List which highlights what is and ldquo;OKand rdquo; and what and ldquo;Needs Serviceand rdquo;. They always place a paper mat on the driver's side floor to protect the carpets when they test drive the car.

They are an excellent company. They do great service. They are prompt, competitive, and go out of their way to make sure everything is done right. There is not problem making an appointment. They can usually get you in right away and theres no wait. The waiting area is excellent as well and they are extremely professional with a great staff. You can tell he does not have a high turnover.

They have very good communication skills. They give good quality service. My car had around 230,000 miles on it and they were very good about determining my issues. I would definitely recommend them to others. I feel like they are very reliable and environmentally conscientious.

They are great, they have a very nice place. They ended up not charging me anything since they couldn't identify the problem and repair anything. The have great customer service and I trust them. They kept me informed while they had my car to give me updates on how things were going. Everybody I talked to was very customer service oriented, especially the owner, J.B.

They are a smaller company and community minded. They are service oriented and they stay in good touch with communication. They always give a good quote for repairs. They listen carefully and are able to assess the cars needs and they follow the direction of the owner of the car. They do not try to trick you into unnecessary services. They are honest and have integrity.

The work was fine and they were able to fix the problem. They were very nice and it was a nice place to do business. You do not feel like you being taken of advantage of, they are just interested in taking care of your car. I was satisfied with the price as well.

Evergreen Auto has been the best auto service provider I've used in 30 years. We've taken our vehicles to them since the 90s for every kind of service--from basic service to major repairs. We learned about them from one of the automotive tool truck drivers when, years ago, we asked him who he would recommend for auto service based on quality, professionalism, and integrity. Evergreen Auto and their owner, JB, rose to the top of the list. They recently went through two fires, calamities that closed them down for more than half a year. We're glad they're back up and open now!

I mentioned Angie's List and was told I'd always get $10 off. I spoke with the owner and 2 other employees. They were all very informative and courteous. The owner told me there had been a fire and they remodeled. It is the nicest auto repair business I have ever been in. Nice collections of model vehicles on the wall, license plates around the work bays - nicely done! While I was there, the owner even told a customer where he could get welding done faster than at his business. Very impressive - nice people and competent and definitely not overpriced! I am soooo glad I joined Angie's List! A is for Awesome!

Excellent job. The shocks were special air adjustable and they were installed with no leaks. The transmission is an Allison and they knew exactly what they were doing when servicing it.

We have used in the past and for many years. I always use them for my car repair. They have rebuilt things for us on our cars. Very reliable and very honest. They are about getting the work done completely. Prices are very fair. Their mechanics are very confident.

I can honestly say that I have never had better service from anyone and I am 53 years old. So I've had enough time in my life to deal with many situations and people. I am a single Mother with a son in a wheelchair that has Muscular Dystrophy. It's quite the trapped feeling when I'm already not able to easily get away for errands and breaks, but really trapped with no operable vehicle, especially having it be the only vehicle I have to transport my son in. I was feeling pretty down and frustrated not having reliable help and one mechanic somewhere else, telling me I would probably have to keep my van in shop for at least a few weeks or so and that he couldn't even look at it until the following weekend, saying he couldn't even begin to work on it until the end of the month. That didn't go over well with me. I decided to try Angie's list. I've never gone this route before and I am so Thankful that I did! This is where I will look for everything now! ( J.B. He absolutely impressed me most at the beginning when he offered to send a couple of his mechanics to my house to pick up my van, take it to the shop for repairs, and deliver it to me. He was sincerely a very compassionate and considerate Man and totally got it!, with what my situation is. I had been pretty stressed out about what I was dealing with, with other people and( J.B. took the stress load off). That right there gives him an A+ in my book. He's got a great staff and mechanics working for him, who do excellent work and don't try to rip you off. They actually find the problem and don't try to fool you that it's something else. They always take care of the problems with no hesitation. They have gone above and beyond. They have done additional work at no charge. When there has been an issue, they are willing to look at it and address the problem. It may take a couple of times, but they take responsibility and get it done right. Their service is excellent. I have dealt with the owner many times. He and his staff are very professional.

They have done a great job! They have a first class shop with top of the line equipment. It's the best that I have seen.
