I've been working with Sue at Home Team Dupont for several years now through a few tenant transitions. I'm in the military and have collected a few homes around the country that I now rent out. I've had quite a bit of experience working with property managers and real estate companies to find and placing tenants and managing the properties. I've had my fill of bad experiences for both me as the owner and for our tenants who were not getting the service they desire. Sue Larsen is breath of fresh air and is the best I've worked with, both in how she supports my needs as an owner and her passion in taking care of the tenants. I do a and quot;lease upand quot; arrangement with her which means she finds and places the tenant while I actually do the management. My last tenants decided that they wanted to buy their own place at the end of the lease term. I referred them back to Sue for their home search. Which they did and were very happy. My loss of some great tenants, but they've got a great new place and Sue has already found and placed new tenants for me. It is rare to find someone of Sue's caliber. When you do, you know you've got a winner and stick with it. Can't overemphasize the value of her support and how strongly I recommend her. By the way, I don't have an Angie's account covering Seattle/Dupont area... why? Because I've got Sue and Home Team Dupont. My Angie's List accounts cover my houses in areas where I can't find a Sue to help me.

Sue Larsen came to our home to do a walk through and educate us about
the Home Team Dupont process. She was a great listener and answered my
long list of questions. The company has great features put in place for home owners to manage their rental account as well has a niche market for better customer service. We decided to use this company and hope to have our house rented out soon.
