Action Heating is a low-key service company. Very prompt and not out to sell you parts or equipment that is not needed.

The Pro came to our home and diagnosed the issue with our heat pump/furnace. Unfortunately, he was not able to fix the issue as he did not have the appropriate materials/tools to repair the issue. Despite him being at the house for > 45 min-1hr he did not charge us anything since he was unable to help resolve the issue. I thought we would have to pay him at least for his time he was here diagnosing the issue but he didn't ask for any payment. I would definitely use this Pro in the future for other issues we may have with the heat pump/furnace.

Bob was great! He called me within seconds of my clicking submit on Service Magic. He showed up within a couple of hours and fixed our furnace in less than 1/2 hour (replaced pressure switch). He even did the annual servicing on it in that time. We will definitely use him again and recommend to others.

Analyzed the situation enough to determine that the problem could be solved just with a cleaning even though it initially looked like it would need an expensive part replacement. Great service. (Also, when I asked he gave me a good recommendation for a duct cleaning company with reasons why they were good.)

Bob arrived on schedule, spent more than a sufficient amount of time not only resolving the issues I was having and he also took the time to briefly educate me on basic troubleshooting, so that in the future, I could identify basic problems with my furnace, thermostat and heat pump. His prices were very reasonable for the services performed.

He could have made something up and sold us a bunch of parts we didn't need but he was honest and got us back in service with only a service call. Good honest people should get the business and we would not hesitate to call Bob again.

Action Heater saved me $600-800 on a furnace repair. The inducer motor required lubrication and other firms said they should replace the entire assembly.

Robert called immediately and able to come within an hour on a Saturday morning. He said prior to coming out that my furnace most likely just needed a service and the cost. He arrived on time and was very polite. He worked on the furnace and showed me exactly what he was doing and the before and after of everything he cleaned. One part was very dirty and the furnace started working right after this. He looked at our thermostat that we thought was broken because of odd behavior and figured out it set for a hot water heater not a furnace and fixed it. The price was VERY good and what he quoted on the phone! We will definiately use next time.
