I had research many companies over a long period of time and recently stumbled across Action Heating & Air Conditioning. I put in a quote request and Bob followed up immediately with a phone call. Great customer service! His pricing is competitive, he included more services with his A/C maintenance than other companies, without the heavy price tag, he was more than happy to explain things to me and show me how to use the unit. Bob is a standup guy and we will undoubtedly be using him for A/C & heating needs in the future.

I had wanted Bob to come out but he was not available immediately. He helped me by giving me suggestions and information about what might be the problem and who to contact to make sure there was no gas leak. When he did come out, Bob found that the igniter was cracked on the furnace. Bob, came out early Sunday morning and fixed the repair and also did an annual service maintenance. It was a great experience using ServiceMagic. His price was reasonable. Another company was going to charge me over $200 just to come out and then there would be additional charges for parts and labor.

we were told we needed a new heater installed for about 10 - 15 thousand dollars. Bob came and fixed the problem for less than 200.00. Very good work couldn't ask for more. On the 10 scale he is a 10 I will recomend him to everyone that I know.
