Bob was great. He trouble-shooted with me via the phone prior to coming out in an effort to save me the service call. Then when he did come out he was on time, courteous, efficient! My repair was done well and for, what I felt, was a good value. I highly recommend Bob!

Fantastic company. Bob diagnosed the furnace problem (bad control board) and, rather than sell us a new board ($$$) he just fixed the existing board with a soldering gun. Just the cost of the visit and we had heat again. Great experience and we'll call Bob next time we need furnace help.

Fantastic experience. We have had issues with our furnace for quite a while, and our electric bills were through the roof. GIven that it was an older furnace, I was prepared for the possibility of having to buy a new one. However, Bob came over and found a couple of minor issues with the wiring, and readjusted the thermostat. The furance is now functioning as good as new, and our home warms up quickly now. It was refreshing to have a contractor who was actually ethical and looked to minimize your out of pocket expenses. Thanks Bob!
