I've used this company three times now and their crew is always great. They explain everything perfectly to me so I understand the issues with my bad house. The price so far has always reflected a high quality of work done at my home. For the life of my home this will be the company I call for any plumbing issues.

Charged far too much for 15 minutes of work and do not know what they did to my kitchen floor, must have dumped all the standing water from the clogged drain as it took every cleaner I had to get the huge area cleaned in the kitchen and entryway. Would never use again.

Puget Sound Plumbing and Heating was able to come the day after I called, was prompt, very curtious, and got the job done effeciently. I am planning to hire them for another plumbing job.

They called me about 7:30 and were finished by around 11:30 which was really fantastic ! On time clean and through ! They crawled around under my house and removed the existing water line to our frig and replaced it with a topnotch system.

Puget Sound Plumbing was able to come to my house within 3 hours of my calling them on a Thursday morning. They investigated the situation, and felt that additional work was not required at this time. I appreciated their quick service, and their honest assessment that the best course of action at this point was to not initiate a costly plumbing project. I really appreciated the expertise and professionalism of their lead service person, Joseph. He was excellent.

Josh is very knowledgeable and does a clean, professional job. When dealing with Gas or Water pipes in the walls or under the house it is best to use a licensed and bonded tradesman like Josh.

We had a water heater leak all over our floor and Josh Veary gave a good price and a referral for the other damages to the wall. Friendly and fast.

Ridiculous cost(458.00) for 25 minutes of service and install of one small part of toilet tank mechanism. We should have purchased a whole new toilet for half the cost. Unbelievable!!!!!!
