They were very prompt and did good work. We needed a water heater replaced and got it done within a few hours of calling them. I'm not sure about the cost though. It was $2900 for a water heater - seemed kind of pricey, but our old heater was 20years old so maybe I'm just not aware of current prices.

I am VERY pleased with their fast response and good work!!! OMG!!! I am a handicapped widow. I needed help ASAP with a broken, leaking 40 yr old toilet. Puget Sound Plumbing & Heating came to the rescue! I have a beautiful new toilet! I'm so happy!!!

Josh and Company are very nice, kinda and respectful. Good quality MEN!

Josh had such an amazing attitude about the whole repair. We had a leak under the house and the insulation was soaked and there was water everywhere. He jumped right in, found the leak and fixed it. His partner was great too but can't remember his name. Plumbing is expensive so it was a bit of sticker shock, but he gave us a fair price and it was well worth having them available on short notice. Highly recommend!

They were on time, very friendly and cordial however did not seem to know how to proceed or did not want to do anything and did not do anything. Said the water in the clean-out was proof that the septic tank needed pumping. The septic people said there was a block or flawed portion of the pipe about 7 feet before the clean out and they cleared the blockage.

They answered my email promptly, which I appreciated. But their receptionist never mentioned a $99.00 Trip Fee. My total bill was almost $500.00 for cleaning a plugged up kitchen drain. I felt they were pretty expensive. They also show up 1.5 hours late from their expected arrival time.

I've been an electrical contractor for over 40 years so i understand the costs and value of construction work. I had a hose bib that split during the freezing weather. Their crew was here on time and were very efficient and professional in the work they did. However at the end of the day i was charged $768.00 for 2 man hours of labor and a $35.00 hose bib. this is quite a lot for the time involved. This is no reflection on the Joe and his helper who did a very good job but I'd have a tough time recommending the company based on the final cost of the work.

They went above what they could have done and got the job done when we bought the wrong parts.

I needed the work done - but it was very expensive. Suggest you get other quotes if you have time. They did good work and were quick - but I will plan in advance in the future.
