PSP came out, estimated the job and got it done quickly. They were far too expensive, but I needed the job done right away, and they satisfied that requirement. Given more time, I would shop around for a better price. So should you.

Great customer service but the price was on the steep end. I needed an immediate fix but should not have walked away feeling like I was taken advantage of because of an immediate need.

Customer service is good. They reacted quickly and scheduled the service for next day. However, $1000 for changing the faucet (removing the old one and install the same new faucet in the laundry) and fix the leakage is too much. The next day after fixing, the problem with leakage was the same. They come again and said it cannot be fixed and valve should be changed.

Customer service was excellent. there was a time delay from when I was promised arrival of a plumber and when they actually arrived. But we were a last minute emergency and help arrived within a reasonable time period. Problem resolved quickly. There was a flat fee for service so was not impacted on a higher bill because of a Saturday emergency call.

Not the cheapest but their work is outstanding and don't me right.

The Plumbers were very professional, and explained each step to me very thoroughly. They were very polite and seemed like good people. After some initial scheduling issues, they made sure I was satisfied, and I felt like a valued customer.

I had a plumbing emergency. Made an appointment for same day for 1:00 pm. No one came or called, so I called them at 7:30 pm, and they said they had other emergencies. I made an appointment for 11:30 am the next day. It is now 4:10 pm and I just called them. They said they had other emergencies and wanted to come tomorrow. I am going to Hawaii tomorrow. My sink is clogged and dishwasher cant be run. Total disregard for customers or their commitment to provide service.

They were prompt and solved my problem right away. My only surprise was their minimum spend requirement ($300). The scheduler indicated there was not a minimum. I think this needs to be clearly communicated in advance before a decision is made to hire.

They arrived promptly, they took care of my problem, answered my questions and generally performed very well.

Matt and Jonathan was very kind, understanding and respectful. They came within the time they said they would and got the work done very quickly along with a service add on. They were done in less than 2 hours. I will recommend them again.

Very expensive

Rick is exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced and quickly diagnosed the issue we had with the water heater and got it taken care of for a very reasonable charge.
