Very quick and professional. The final cost was a surprise but I should have asked more details about where they were coming from and what their rates were.

The part we can see they did a great job. The rest is under the house so hopefully it's a great job to. The employees were real nice and fast, seemed to know what they were doing. Was told free est. but when they got here to go under the house to check it was going to cost us $450. Sense we went with them they deducted that amount. But should be told ahead of time.

Overcharged to just come and put a hole in my wall and tell me they don’t know where the leak is coming from and they can’t fix it.

Only company to come out and look at the project. Extremely fast and courteous. They did a great job.

A simple change of a toilet part cost me a little over $500.00 I believe a handy man would have cost me half. Once more service and quality of work is excellent

Great job and great customer service. But they charge by the job not by the hour. To much for a simple drain clog.

They contacted me shortly after requesting a pro online and were out the next day to search for the leak and complete the repair. They were professional, kept me updated on the service techs location and arrival. They worked quit and made sure it was done right before leaving. Definitely will hire again if needed.

They came out within 24 hours of my call. They were prompt and knowledgeable. Solved problems large and small.

There was no cost for the first 15 minutes to inspect the issue. And Carlos the technician was very kind and helpful throughout the time during the repair. He also gave me tips for when I remodel the other bathroom. The finish services were excellent and a huge help, I can now cross off my list another completed project.

The finished product was professional. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. The overall cost was higher than I had anticipated from other bids, but other bids did not include the level of detail and quality parts. They provided a discount and completed the work promptly. I will use them again. The cost of the repairs were 3600.00. It included installation of a thermal expansion tank, new faucet, 2 new shut off valves and new toilet.

WAY OVERPRICED! Charged me over $950.00 for a toilet that sells online for $236.00 and said that they had reduced the price already by $400.00! Knew I was in a bind because my husband is a 100% disabled vet and I am his caregiver. I could not wait for the toilet any more. That $950.00 was on top of $1,600.00 I had already paid them!

Way over priced

The charge for the project was $2100.00. Home Advisors website indicated a range between $900 - $1600. The company was willing to reduce to $1,700.00 and claimed they knew nothing about Home Advisors "cost estimate" process. This put customer in a very awkward position. Be truthful about costs.

Arrived on time and quickly determined problems. The fix was expensive ($3000), but was completed on the spot.
