I think their prices are a little high.

They were an "A". I would use them again if I lived there. The wait time was about six hours. They are very polite and professional. They are a great set of people.

I don't have any complaints. They get me in pretty quickly. They're very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable about my car.

They are always pleasant to deal with.

These mechanics know what they're doing. I watched them cooperate like a well-oiled machine:

checked my 2002 Insight hybrid for possible problems.

replaced gas cap which was cause of flashing fuel cap/emissions light.

checked hybrid battery condition.

In short, mechanics spent a couple of hours on my car.

I recommend West Hills Honda for both purchasing and maintaining auto. My 2002 Insight Hybrid looks like a brand new sports car.

The attentiveness and service from several people along the way was exceptional when I bought the car, even though it was previously owned and I was paying cash.
Since then, I've received quality service and treatment when I bring it in for its maintenance. I almost said maintenance and repairs, but it's a Honda, and I have had nothing go wrong with it. One time, I it made a disturbing sound, and my usual customer service rep, Ryan Z, had the Honda certified techs go over it with a fine-tooth comb, and they didn't find anything wrong...and they didn't charge me either. The car never made the sound again, so I don't know what it was.
Ryan always provides personalized service and attention, and thoroughly explains any extra needed work. I feel the costs have been reasonable. I was provided a rental vehicle at their cost, when they needed to keep my car to replace the tires and do a milestone maintenance job, because my mom was in the hospital out of town, and I couldn't wait through a lengthy appointment.
They also offer free vacuum and wash. The vacuuming job is minimal, and we've had car wash jobs that look amazing, and others that look like my kids did it... But it's complimentary, so I have no complaint. I feel confident in driving my car great distances with the care they give it.

Great... would definitely recommend them... they did try and sell other services to me (like any dealership) but did not seem to hold it against me that I didn't do the recommendations... very professional and they cleaned my car.... :-)

We took our new Honda (that was purchased in AZ) here to maintain the warranty. Once the warranty was up we never went back. They were slow and didn't honor appointments. One time I waited 2 hours in the lobby with my 18 month old son for a 30 minute oil change. The problem? I had an appointment, but others didn't and those others were pushed ahead of me. Did this happen just once? Nope. It happened a few times. Two separate times they tried to tell me something was broken when it really wasn't. Once they told me my transmission fluid was gone and it and parts needed to be replaced. Imagine their surprise when I took the service guy to the parking lot and checked the perfectly fine fluid myself in front of him. If you have to go there to maintain a warranty, make sure you know some basic car care.

It went really well.  Westside Honda provides a customer pickup and drop off, even for one living as far away as I do.  I was transported home after leaving my Honda, and picked up in the afternoon when I went to reclaim it. The Service Department had promptly ordered a new mirror assembly, so it was ready to be installed.  They did the servicing.  When the agent saw that the gate had marred the side of my car, he took it back to polish the scraped area with wax so it didn't look so bad.
I really appreciate all the effort on my behalf, and felt better driving my washed, serviced, and repaired Honda Fit home.

I use their services regularly for annual maintenance and repairs. They are thorough in their job and very careful. They all seem to be nice people. I always had a very good experience. I like their services and will continue to use the same in future.

I got a coupon off of their website, so I felt like I got a good value. The mirrors on my sun visors had broken so I ordered those, then I decided I shouldn't spend the money and they were real good about refunding it. That is where we bought our car. It is close by. I feel that we got a good service when we bought that car. We went through a program that really changed their behavior because they backed off with the pressure. They give you a free late. I think the service is good. They gave me a ride home and picked me up again. The older gentleman who drove me home knew all about raspberries and he gave me some good tips, and I gave him some good tips about garlic.

They do an excellent job and provide a very high level of customer service. If you need anything done on top of what you have to get done, they do that as well. Their price is very reasonable compared to the market.
