Chris installed a new water heater for me. He did an excellent job and I would recommend this company to anyone. They came through in a pinch and they were able to beat everyone else I had called estimates.

They did a fantastic job! They got out the next day first thing in the morning and did a good job. I highly recommend them to others.

Brandon and Thaddeus arrived on time, advised us on potential difficulties with our installation (the new water heater I purchased is 2" larger in diameter than the 13-year-old water heater it replaced), but figured out a way to do a marvelous job in the exact 2-hour timeframe they estimated prior to beginning. The quality of workmanship is fantastic and I felt confident taking their advice on other unforeseen charges to bring our installation up to code. The end result is much better than the work that was completed by the original builder/developer. For example, the exhaust vent and drainage/pressure valve were both brought up to code which required re-routing pipes and removing/reinstalling tank components to achieve the required clearance and declination -- for a fee, of course. Additionally, I was advised that the ST-5 expansion tank the builder installed with the old 74-gallon water heater was too small and they took care of installing a more suitable ST-12 expansion tank with the new 74-gallon water heater -- for a fee, of course. Overall, I am 100% satisfied with the professionalism, workmanship, communication, and final result. I highly recommend Fast Water Heater Company to anyone who wants to install or replace a water heater.

When I called Fast Water Heater Company, Gus was very helpful over the phone. He scheduled the installation of our new heater for two days later. Mitch was the installer--he was very thorough, and everything went smoothly. The Rheem heater unit is not the cheapest around, but if you are in the market for a good quality unit with professional quality installation, I would definitely put Fast near the top of your list!

The installer showed up right on time. He assessed the old heater and what needed to be done to bring the new installation up to Seattle city codes. He discussed it with me, I gave the ok and he had the new heater in within an hour. All went very smoothly.

Called them on Saturday and they came out Sunday morning at 9. We had hot water by noon. He also replaced the crappy plumbing job I had done years ago. When he was all done he helped me put the cabinets back in the room.

Mitch was a joy to work with. Our hot water heater broke "unexpectedly." It was 27 years old, so it was overdue for replacement. To their credit, FWH checked to make sure that we had the proper breaker before the installation. We didn't, so we had to first bring in an electrician to upgrade the breaker. Time saved on both of our parts. Unfortunately, the first water heater that Mitch brought was a little too tall for our location. FWH had asked me about this when I ordered the water heater, but I guess I was unclear about the height that they were talking about. Long story short, Mitch happily agreed to return to the warehouse to pick up the proper water heater at no additional cost. He said that he could have installed the first water heater, but it would take up more space and require additional piping. When Mitch returned, the installation was fast and without any problems. After the job was completed, he carefully cleaned up the area and made sure that the water heater was working properly. All in all, he was the consummate professional. I would recommend him and FWH without any reservations.

The entire process was quick and painless. Fast Water Heater contacted me the same day I purchased my Angie's Big Deal and the appointment was scheduled for just a few days later. They arrived on time and the install was complete within 90 minutes. The technician was very professional and he set my expectations thoroughly. In addition to the deal I had to purchase a permit and the expansion tank but that was expected. I would definitely use Fast Water Heater again.

Fine, but we had to pay another $350 to bring in install "up to code". We were warned about that prior, but we were brought "up to code" on the last water heater for additional $ by Sears. Ended up being the same cost as the Sears install so not such a deal after all. However, they were very responsive and came out right away and all personnel were friendly and professional

It went very well indeed. Mitch was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He left everything very neat and clean. It took much less time than I had anticipated. The same provider had installed the previous water heater fifteen years ago. There was nothing wrong with the old one except that it WAS old. Over the years, I had previously had two that leaked b/4 they were replaced and I didn't want to go through that again.

tank Matt installed the tank , Took the old one away, answered all of our questions cleaned up after himself all in a reasonable time. The tank we had installed this time was different than the one we had so Matt explained all about the small tank on top of the water tank it was designed to relive pressure and further the life of the tank. He was very nice got here in a timely manner compleated his work in a reasonable time and was very friendly. So far no problem with the tank we are very happy with all and recomens Fast to anyone.

I had purchased this deal, $849 for a new hot water heater when mine had gone out on Jan 14, 2015. Unfortunately, I had to also involve Serv-pro to dry out the floors before the water heater could be installed which lead to asbestos in the floor. This was followed by finding a contractor to replace my floor . FAST did leave a temporary loan water heater while waiting for the new water heater. I also ended up needing to have modifications to come up to code. Jeff, technician was very courteous and explained everything. The difference between the cost of the water heater and the actual cost was the result of the modification. Overall, the situation became a little costly but I am glad I now have hot water again.

The provider was very professional. Seemed to very knowledgeable. I purchased a maintenance package and what I got was an estimate on a new heater. Due to the age of the heater, they cautioned against getting it flushed, which made sense to me, so maybe that is the maintenance of a water heater. I wanted to know why the pilot light was going out, and he did give me three possible causes. So I'm assuming that all they could do was give me an estimate.

I used them in the past, they're good. It's not necessary to replace the water heater.

We have decided to go a different direction due to additional cost but will still use the same company.

I was not home but my partner was here. I do not think it took them very long. Everything worked out great. They gave us a bunch of options but I choice one that was a little expensive. We wouldn't have had hot water for the weekend if they were not fast.

Cleaning the water heater went great. I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and taking care of maintenance on some of my household items. I didn't like the upselling when I was trying to insure the water heater was fine. The upselling was done with high level water heater terminology when I felt the upselling should have been spent in simple English. I had to ask lots of questions to try figure out what the individual was talking about before I could understand it was a simple upsell. I also didn't like the way I had to make an appointment to schedule this as well. They called one time that went to voice mail and I asked me to call back. Apparently the scheduler has a dedicated 8XX number which is wonderful however I called back and was on hold for over 20 minutes. From the messaging you can select to speak to someone else and no one was available. I sent an email and asked to be called again. I didn't receive a response but I didn't wait for response within the 48 hours. I ended up calling back the following day, again the scheduler was on another call. I selected to speak to someone else and when that person answered they transferred me back to the scheduler who originally left me the message. Again I had to wait over 20 minutes and finally got the appointment scheduled. The scheduler did apologize for the long hold time and was very nice, however if I select to speak to someone else they should be able to help with the order and not transfer me back. I was a manager in customer service for over 30 years and this was poor service for scheduling and upselling.

My experience with this company was beyond exceptional. From the time I first contacted them about my problem to completion of the job. They were courteous and informative. Listening to me and explaining everything in a way I could understand. I bought the package deal, knowing they would then come to my house and evaluate everything which might increase the price. Chris B and Fred came to my house right on time and I was very pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no pressure for any upgrades. They were patient and explained everything in a way I could understand. I did select a few options but declined some more expensive things. They wrote out the estimate in detail (unlike another company who wrote a lump sum estimate that was almost three times what I ended up paying Fast Water Heater Company). They were quick and efficient in the installation and even left the laundry room floor cleaner than when they arrived. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

They refused to perform the deal, saying the deal was only good for a flush, though that isnt stated in the deal at all. Additionally they didnt contact me until 17 days after the purchase date, after I contacted Angie's List first.

They were responsive and professional. They came out to my house to give me an estimate and was puntual. They advised that the water heater I needed (Direct Vent), was not including in the Big Deal I had purchased. Unfortunately, I'm not going to be able to use this company for this service. I am currently seeking another Big Deal to replace this one.

It all went well. I purchased Fast Water's Big Deal on Angie's List for a 50 gallon electric water heater installed. We set an apt with them to determine what we needed. Then they returned a few days later with the new heater. This delay was not a problem because the old heater could still,produce hot water but was on its last legs. The cost of installation was greater than the Big Deal because we needed the addition of an expansion tank to bring everything up to code. Our city also required a permit. But in the end it was still a good deal, and we are now up to code and have a reliable water heater. Everyone at Fast Water were very professional and communicated well. We were pleased with them.
