Poorly would not use this company

Information was thorough and accurate; there were no surprises. The work was done on time, and they did a great job. The floors look new!

He was nice enough overall and provided a competitive bid. I narrowed my selection down between two companies - Dave's and another - but I needed the job done right away due to an impending appraisal. I called Dave to see if he could do it by that next weekend letting him know that I had another company in mind if he didn't think he could get it done and that I wanted to call that company later that same day. Dave assured me he would check into it and call me back later that day. I didn't receive a call back from him for several days. By that time I had already contracted with the other company who I found to be more responsive. And they were able to work within my schedule (Lane Hardwoods).

Dave and his team did their best to fit a three day work in our busy schedule. The dustless sanding is a really nice thing. They left a clean house and floors are still as beautiful as were on the first day.

Salesperson was friendly, pricing was fair, left special instructions to give key to neighbor and all went as planned. They did an excellent job!
