I'm a busy professional so usually don't spend time posting feedback unless it's very good or really bad. Guy & his son, Mike (mostly Mike) did a great job getting everything fixed. Some parts of our siding had to be replaced due to, what we thought at first, water damage. It turned out to be ants eating them up! The final cost was twice what was initially quoted but Mike did 3 times the work so it was money well spent. What impressed me the most was that, Mike is genuinely a nice guy. He was sending me photos and updates and worked through a Holiday to get the job done. Will hire him again.

If you need anyone to get any type repair, Guy is your man. I will be using him again in the future.

The left a mess, gave me a reciept with no license number and their reason was because it was a small job. They wanted to rush through the job, the next day-the mosaic was not dry the next day when he came and SP stated he didn't have time to come 2 days later and address issue. The grout has to be put in the next day. Not professional, they wanted me to clean everything up after the whole job.

The owner came looked over the job and gve me a quote , Thw workmen came the next day and did the job removed the dry rot in 2 beams and replaced the fasciae.The beams were treated on the ends and then covered in cedar and painted. The new fasciae was replaced with cedar, They did a good job and I didn't have to wait for a long time to get the job done. They cleaned up andy mess and were very professional.

We're doing a DIY remodel on our 1907 apartment, and we needed the excellent advice he gave for what we can handle ourselves vs. where professional assistance might be needed. Mr. Lund was professional and helpfull in helping me with some very good ideas that I used. He was willing to change direction without any hassles. They were very nice and I was comfortable having them in my home. The grandson who did my caulking jobs was inexperienced and slow, so he didn't use enough caulking and when it shrunk, it left intermittant gaps in many areas. Other than that, it looks good. I am going to have to have them come back and touch up where the gaps appeared when they get back from vacation in about 15 more days. My bill was bigger than I thought it was going to be, but I think that was because of the slow caulking. Plus, one of the agreed upon areas didn't get caulked at all; but that was my fault because I missed that when we walked through.

We've worked on several projects together and he's always provided excellent service. He's a top notch plumbing contractor and I'd have no reservations about recommending him to anyone.
