As she stated the first estimate we scheduled I did email to let her know I wasn't going to make it and that is what would have been done on the second estimate if I knew I was not going to make the appointment. I unfortunately simply spaced having an estimate scheduled for that day and ended up working out in the field on a couple of projects that day. By the time she called me to ask if I was still coming, I didn't have time to make it. I have contacted the customer by email apologizing for my mistake in forgetting about our scheduled appointment. I know on this sitiuation I wasted the customers time. I have offered to send her a gift card as a token of my apologies as this is not how we like to conduct business.
