Curtis, the owner, came out with a roofing tech who scaled our very steep roof and completed the repair within 30 mins. It s truly amazing to find such a seasoned contractor who is willing to fit such a small job into their schedule - they stopped by between larger jobs. I was so favorably impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. I know who to call when we re ready to replace the roof.

They did a job in March for me and remembered me. Good quality and would use them again. Very down to earth, easy to talk too and answered all of my questions.

Curtis was great keeping us up to date on when we could get the job done during rainy December and the follow through was excellent. Lost shingles in a wind storm. They responded quickly and repaired my roof within a day for a reasonable price.

Curtis is an excellent communicator we met several times to discuss all the details on how the job would proceed step by step. I had 4 estimates done and all the other roofing companies wanted to do a membrane which makes the roof like a skating rink slip and slide. The last coating I had applied on my 3 flat roofs did exactly that and you cannot safely walk on your flat roof to clean the skylights or anything else unless completely dry. Curtis applied a 3 layer roofing materials system which is warrantied for 20 to 25 years and safe to walk on for inspections and cleaning. New commercial skylights were installed which are doomed so water doesn't sit on them and accumulate dirt throughout the winter months. He also had a chimney fellow come out and he set up a new exhaust system for my Gas furnace and Gas water heater, along with working on 2 chimneys to clean, regrout, and waterproof to protect the bricks from breaking down. Plus a custom metal frame around all 3 flat roofs and enlarged the scuppers from 2 inch to 3 inch. He and his team did great work a very clean looking job and addressed all concerns I had and was just great to work with. Thank you Curtis, Christen and team. Fast, great looking roof, courteous staff, would recommend this business to all our friends and neighbors. Lots of noise but well worth it for one week.

Had 7 companies do estimates with a wide range of observations and recommendation. Curtis, owner of DHT Construction, was the most open and although not the least expensive, he was 10k less than the highest and offered more for the money. The work began 12/10 during a period of inclement weather and Curtis' crew were amazing and fast. I recommend Curtis and DHT be on the list for your projects.
