Curtis and the team for DHT Construction did an amazing job completely repairing a poor roof job we'd had built over an existing flat roof and re-shingling the entire house. Curtis was courteous, responsible, professional, and spent time answering all of our questions and taking into account our needs. Highly recommended!

Curtis and his team at DHT did an amazing job on my house. Our roof was damaged in a storm which resulted in a leak. 3 hours after the first call Curtis had a team on sight to handle emergency repairs. Once the immediate need was addressed we started the process of quoting a whole new roof. Curtis walked us through the Insurance claim process and even spoke to our insurance company and met with the adjuster to make sure nothing was missed. With bad weather in January Curtis promised that the job would be done as soon as the weather cleared. On the first good day his team was there and got right to work. New roof and gutters look amazing! 10/10 would hire again for any future roofing needs.

DHT did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. They took a lot of pictures while working to show what they repaired. They found more area that needed repairs, but sent lots of pictures and continued after I approved the additional repairs. Curtis explains everything well and was able to easily work around my schedule.

The estimate was determined from a minimum and maximum dollar amount which at the high end was lower than two other bidders. They performed an outstanding job. The estimate owner explained a lot of information and e plantation. The roofer was fast and thorough. There were before and after pictures and an explanation as to why there were no repairs needed as first anticipated. Thumbs up

We are extremely satisfied with our roof replacement project. Curtis did a very thorough inspection (inside the attic and on top of the roof) and he found problems missed by other contractors. We felt confident there would be no surprises during the project. The project itself was completed ahead of schedule and looked great. The crew that came out was very professional and cleaned up all debris before leaving.

Curtis spent a lot of time with me going over my options, the different materials, and cost comparisons. DHT also completed removal of old gutters and installation of new gutters for me as well. All of the work looks great and the warranty is great for peace of mind.

Looked my roof over very thoroughly. Took extra time to go over different products available to replace some roof vents. Also made recommendations of a couple other vents that needed replaced to prolong the roof life from leaks. The cost was very good for the work. I appreciated the help and going beyond to help me preserve my roof for a few more years before replacing it. Good honest people that are doing what is right and excellent customer service. They got the job done a few days after my in person quote. I will call them for my next roofing needs.

Owner Curtis Thompson gave us better customer service than we thought possible. He took the time to ensure we understood the ins and outs of our situation, and I am 100% convinced we ended up with the best roofing system and materials possible for the price range we were targeting. I also believe we would be kicking ourselves down the road if we had gone with someone else who did not take the time to fix the roofing issues that were uncovered the right way his crew did. Our roofing needs were complex, and involved some additional work. Three roofs - conventional pitched roof, flat roof over sun room, and patio roof. Also needed attic insulation, and some repair to patio framing and chimney in disrepair. I wanted one person to handle it all. Interviewed/contacted multiple companies, many of whom didn't like the complexity of the job. Curtis, however, approached the challenge with enthusiasm. A thorough assessment of the needs and challenges. His crew was respectful, hardworking and did a beautiful job. I'm so pleased with this entire experience it is almost difficult to know where to begin. Curtis, the owner, arrived on time for our appointment, spending as much time as necessary to answer my question and educate me on all of my choices. He then tailored the job to match my requests and code requirements, while keeping an eye on my insurance adjuster's estimate. This helped ensure a smooth process for me financially, which I appreciate. The roofing materials were delivered the day before start day and properly staged on the roof. On roofing day Curtis' crew showed up on time and attacked the job like a well-choreographed bee swarm. I've never seen a more polite, harder-working crew than this crew. They managed to knock out this job in one day, finishing a day ahead of schedule. When they were done they cleaned up completely, leaving my yard cleaner than they found it! My new roof looks great, and is guaranteed for life as long as I live here, or carries a 25-year guarantee should I sell my home before then. It is such peace of mind knowing that I will never again have to worry about my roof! To say I'm impressed doesn't do what they delivered justice...I'm in awe! had a smallish leak in the roof around a solar tube. They sent someone out to look at it and bid the repair. They were very reasonable with a non randomly made up sounding odd kind of dollar amount estimate unlike 2 other companies I had come too. Told them I would like them to do the work and they were able to stay and do the work completed it in a few hours. Next rain no issues so they did good work

Work was done in good timing, weather permitting.workmanship was good, cleaned up after work each day they worked. Management kept us informed about what needed to be done and how much it was going to cost. They also keep in touch with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
