I had DHT come do an emergency fix on my roof when I noticed it leaking one morning. The fix was timely and of good quality. The only slight hiccup I encountered was in getting the bill which took at least a few months.

These guys did an excellent job. Communication was excellent. The job took a bit longer than discussed but they were very clean and professional. They took their time and it showed in the end! I would definitely recommend these guys! Curtis the project manager went the extra mile to make sure we were happy. A little more pricier than others but worth it.

I would highly recommend DHT. Curtis was on the spot and on time, He arrived prepared with all the info including samples of what we needed for our roof replacement. He spent several hours inspectiong the attic & the roof taking pictures that he shared during his explanation on what would be needed to do the roof correctly. Curtis provided brochures, sent e-mails with info on the life of the roof. His priciing included an estimated number of plywood sheets he would have his crew use to replace the damaged wood he found during the inspection. He is using top grade weather protection layers for our new roof.

DHT was my choice to reroof our house and three outbuildings after interviewing five local roofers. The initial consultations were very informative, professional, and comfortable. Quality time was spent examining all potential problem areas and options for potential solutions as well as product options were thoroughly given and discussed. The sense I got from the representative was that he was very forthcoming with information and available options. It was comfortable in that the initial meetings were not filled with high pressure sales tactics and there was a legitimate sense of care and respect for the customer and specific requests.

Curtis was quick to contact me and came out with in the same day. Knew about roofs and tested it for links after he had repaired. It did not show any leaks. Will have to wait for a rainy day to see under natural conditions, but am very confident in repair.

The repairman quickly found the problem to be condensation and not a leak. He was quick and arrived when he said he would. He wasn't even charge us since there was no repair work to do.

Each phase of the project was started and completed on time as agreed upon. The craftsmanship was professional and exceeded all expectations. Curtis Thompson, Operations and Sales, methodically inspected the roof then met with me prior to the project�s inception and identified with photos every defect of my current roof then explained every aspect of the installation and benefits of a new roofing system. DHT Construction was very professional, diligent and consumer friendly. They listened to and addressed our concerns. They took pictures of the problem areas, showed them to us and explained what needed to be done before proceeding with work. They also informed us of additional matters we might want to take care of in the future should we so decide.We appreciated their honest evaluation of our problem and their assurance that they are willing to address any problems pertaining to their work should they arise.

I appreciate how professional they were. Their experience was obvious and they made the job look easy. The install looks really good you would never even notice work was done other than new glass. A small mess was left inside that had fallen from the old sky light that I discovered later but it wasn't a big deal. I'd gladly have DHT back for any future work I might need on the house.
