I had a roof leak at one of my rental houses during a pretty big storm. I was scrambling for anyone to do a temporary repair and these guys were able to take care of it. The credited the cost of the temporary repair (tarps) toward the cost of the roof, which was very fair. We probably could have gotten the roof done a little cheaper if we didn't have an active leak, but all things considered, I liked them and would recommend them. However, we asked for an estimate for a different rental house and their cost was not as competitive, so we went with someone else. I buy at least one new roof a year for our 25+ properties, so we hire a lot of roofers. The workmanship was good.

work was A-1. crew was smooth, efficient, and caring about property! the experience was like being with family. This company reminded me of the old saying " we will go the extra mile " and they did.

Had a leak on a metal move. Scott from DHT came to inspect the issue and he is very knowledgable and knows a lot about the right way to do the roof. The owner Curtis was prompt to answer questions and the repair crew was very professional and detail oriented. Overall, great experience with DHT (and as matter of fact, I hired them to repair another roof of mine).

Had a leak around some vents on the roof. Curtis managed to get someone to me promptly in spite of terrible weather and being swamped with other calls. I appreciate the effort.

They were very timely in returning our call and they were here when the said they would be for the estimate. Then, when they called to let us know when they would be here to repair the leak,,they were spot on! I waited to fill this out to make sure the work they did fixed the leaks and IT DID!

I have never had this kind of service from any company ever. They were on the spot when I got a leak. I had a fabulous new roof within 12 days and the clean up was superb. You do get what you pay for,DHT is proof of that.

We actually had DHT install a rubber composite roof, after listening to their advice of roofing options. Communication was excellent during the entire process, and we were very pleased with their work and professionalism. We should not need another roof for 25-30 years, but we would certainly call DHT again should we still be around!

This is what consider a perfect example of "you get what you pay for". Some might feel DHT construction is to costly, however, I would say there attention to detail, and quality of workmanship is well worth the cost. There professionalism in all aspects was a pleasure and will recommend this company at every opportunity.

DHT s workmanship and professionalism was excellent. Curtis and his workers were courteous and went the extra mile when questions arose. Curtis always kept in touch with us, and let us know when there were changes in the job's schedule. That said, the roof was done reasonably quickly. The workers were punctual and always cleaned up the worksite each day. We would have rated them 6 stars if we could.

They were very prompt and professional, and they took the time to show us the damage and explain how they were going to fix the problems. Their employee is a hard worker and the repair looks great.

Curtis, Scott and DHT went out of their way to get us the best product, at a great price, with an almost-unheard-of warranty. Throughout our large re-roofing project, DHT was very communicative and took care of issues that came up promptly. The crews were easy to work with, and Curtis was very accessible. The crews found and repaired a significant amount of damage and air-flow issues, which resulted in cooler 2nd floors and attics for our homes. Cost came in a little less than expected, although the repairs added extra costs. My only slightly negative comment to consumers is to be sure that you are clear at the time of contract about what extra work you would like them to do. We knew that fascia/barge boards needed replacing, as well as very large skylights. DHT agreed to do this, but when it got down to it, they found it was not going to be feasible for their crew. We had to hire those jobs out. Still, I highly recommend DHT for quality, in budget roofing.

The Roofers explained the product and procedure throughly. I felt the workmanship was very good and was happy with the job done well. I would recommend this company to my family or friends.

Overall we had a very good experience, although is was more expensive than we had originally though. This was due to additional damage being discovered during the tear-off process but Scott and Curtis were very professional and walked us throught the options and additional cost to complete the job. We ultimately put the new roof and replaced the damaged area. The crew was excellent, very curtious and did excellent work. They tarped and cleaned up the entire area during and after the tear-off and replacement processs. I would highly recommend them for any roofing project! Great job guys!

These guys are awesome. I am always cautious when hiring someone to work on my house, but Curtis and Scott were so professional and helpful. They walked me through the roofing project, helped explain things to the insurance company and just did an overall great job. It is pretty traumatic when your house is exposed to the elements after it was damaged in the November winds and these guys were beyond helpful and a great honest resource. Thank you guys and the roofers. The new roof is beautiful!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That they found errors in the roof that another company missed. It cost us more as we had to have a whole new roof put on but if they had missed the problem on the other half of the roof there would have been considerable damage to the interior contents. Plus they did it in the time frame that we requested.

This company is one of the best companies I have work with in a long time. They did the job right the first time. They were respectful to our property and left things clean and neat. They are number 1 in my book. If you don't use them, then you will have to be satisfied with second best.

Very responsive and thorough. A bit expensive but overall well worth it.

Immediate response when contacted. The crew worked long hours, were very conscientious, disposed promptly of all waste. Sincere, honest -- I would recommend them highly.
