Description of Work: Didn't actually use their services as I was able to determine through a quick phone call with them that I needed something different. However, my experience was very positive as they returned my call quickly, and were very knowledgeable about the problem that I described. If I did need mold remediation, I would call them again.

Quick response to phone calls
Description of Work: They came out for an estimate and were very quick to respond, didn't use them because I didn't have mold they were honest about what they saw.

Description of Work: Called for them to come out and do a mold inspection. Scheduled an appointment and they never followed up again. I'm not sure if they even went to the property as my phone calls were not returned. I tried 3 different mold companies that were recommended through Angie's List and all 3 did not follow through!!!
