It went mostly well. There was some back and forth because I was working with them, a roofing company, a management company and a renter. They were patient and responsive and, I'm assuming, got the job done. Since I don't live there, I don't know for sure what the condition of the attic is. But I appreciated their willing to work with all the schedules of the above people.

They were on time, on budget, and what I really liked, vs other mold services I have used, they did both the mold treatment and solved the venting issues.

I am completely impressed with the work by all the staff at Mold Eaters. They were on time for both appointments and took the time to make sure that I was completely satisfied with their work. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We were pleased with the service. Everything smelled clean afterward (he did use bleach to remove staining), and our home passed a subsequent inspection without any mention of mold.

Very well done. The mold was a minor issue, but a potential sticking point in our home sale. They cleaned it up and improved ventilation to prevent recurrence. Their warranty is transferrable which helps as we are selling our home, Brant went out of his way to communicate to future buyers that he would stand by his guarantee.

It went very well.  Brant was easy to work with and was quick to get in the house to start the cleaning.  I felt comfortable that the mold was removed and the air cleaned when they left.

I was first impressed with their honesty. I had been worried that my lack of taking care of the issue closer to when the leak happened would be very costly now. They said the mold wasn't bad at all. It was currently dormant, but if we got a lot of humidity it could be a problem. They were able to perform the service soon after I approved the estimate. The workers were right on time, and finished sooner than they estimated. They used drop cloths to protect the floors. They replaced insulation in areas that the plumbers had not re-tacked back up. They used an enzyme treatment for the mold. I was very happy with the work performed and recommend them to others.

Overall went great, we negotiated a price and they did a good job. We had a few issues with communication and follow up (timely) but other than that good.

They tested and did a complete inspection, no mold was found however the tenant was advised about the need to keep unnecessary items out of the house and properly vent the home. The approach was very professional and solved the problems without any drama.

Good, called and had a cancelation so did it sooner than originally scheduled, was done in under an hour and offered advice on what to expect and how to maintain going forward.

After trying to obtain several bids we decided to use MoldEaters because they were the only company, we found, who was able to do the plumbing and drywall.  Brant came right out and quickly determined the mold was due to a slow leak behind the wall of the hot water heater.  We quickly received  our bid via email.  Our mold was growing quickly and we didn't want to wait for the other companies.  Plus we may have had to hire a separate plumber.  We felt the price was a little high at first but Dennis did extra work  at no additional cost.  We decided to replace our 15 year old water heater since it needed to drained and removed.  Dennis replaced two hose bibs and hooked up our new heater.  He also hooked up a temporary system so we could have hot water while the studs were drying.

Brant was extremely helpful and explained details about mold etc. He explained ways I could remedy some of the issues myself but was glad to also take care of it as well. Really good guy and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use them again.
