They did a couple of things for us. They did some mold remediation of closets and they did a new lining under the house. A sewer pipe also broke. They did a really good job and I am really pleased. Under the house there is usually a vinyl covering on top of the actual dirt that sits on your house and they redid that because it was not done well the first time. They are still in the process of doing some of it. They had to remediate mold from the closet which meant that they had to de-construct the closet. There was no insulation on that door so they put insulation. They first had to remediate the mold and rebuild the closet. It was a little more than handyman work. I guess they had to do some error samples as follow up. They are A rating on Angie's List and some of the comments were good and that's why I decided to go with them. I can say I completely agree with that. They did a great job and they showed up when they said they were going to. They did the work and they worked late if they had to get the work done. They are very good. They know the products and they did an excellent job as far as re-boarding and making it look good. They are very workable in terms of the customer choosing things. They do a very good job. We didn't get a lot of comparables because we were pretty desperate but based on my knowledge of how much work they had done and how long they were here I think their price was good. I just know how much they did and the price was including materials. If they weren't going to be here when they were supposed to be then they would call. If there was an issue or something and when the house had to be cleaned up they did an emergency call. We had to have all the work done in 3 days because we were going out of town.

Before Brant came to give me an estimate, I was in a quandry about what kind of company could do the work. Initially, I had thought I would have to hire 3 or 4 different contractors. I was VERY relieved when Brant told me that his company could accomplish everything for me. I cannot say enough good things about MoldEaters employee, Tom, who did almost all of the work. He was professional, courteous, and informative. Tom saw additional things that might need attention and offered suggestions. He never made me feel pressured to do the additonal work. Tom offered the pros and cons of what he was suggesting. He even went online to research ventilation fans for cost comparison to what I had already ordered when we realized that one would not be adequate for the area. Owner, Brant Rude, was thorough in his inspection of my crawl space. He gave me a full explanation of the scope of the work and his detailed written estimate corresponded exactly with his inspection and verbal explanation. Brant was easy to talk with, friendly and courteous. Brant offered suggestions for work I can do on my own outside to keep water from pooling around my crawl space. After months of despair over the conditon of the crawl space in this house I purchased on foreclosure, I am finally feeling relief with the knowledge that a PROFESSIONAL, highly CAPABLE, COST EFFICIENT company came to my attention through Angie's List. And, they FIXED all the problems!!! They provided detailed information about the type of mold, hazards, types of products they would use, hazards of the products used, protection measures and removal process. They went to great lengths to protect a few items left in the garage and to make sure everything was contained. They worked quickly and efficiently.. We were selling our house and our buyer was thrilled with the result. It was well worth the money. I would hire them again.

A rental property that I owned was trashed by the renters. I looked for a person who treats a house for mold on Angie's list and found MoldEaters. Brant was able to come and look at the house the afternoon that I called him. I was in a bit of a time crunch as the new renters were moving in soon. He rearranged some of his other jobs and got started cleaning and removing the mold the next day. He was also able to take care of a lot of other issues in the house. He painted, replaced a bathroom floor, cleaned, fixed some pipes, replaced a door, replaced blinds. He basically got my rental back into shape. He can do it all and he did it in a quick time frame. I would totally recommend Brant for all your needs.

Brant and Warren arrived as scheduled. Within one day, the mold was completely removed, the tiles regrouted, and the ceiling repainted as I had requested. The work was meticulous, there was no odor, and there was complete clean - up. My bathroom looks completely remodeled. I was impressed with all the services that his company provides. I had some questions later which Brant came out to evaluate at no extra charge. I have complete confidence in their work.

It turned out fine. They did what they said they were going to do at the price that they quoted. The people that did the work were really courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Brant was very down to earth and professional throughout the process. He was punctual and always returned calls and emails promptly. He suggested a mold test after hearing our flood story and concerns of possible mold. He set up a time within a week to perform a test. The results said we did have some mild, but concerning, mold present. At our request to keep the cost low and do as much ourselves as possible, Brant gave us suggestions and some of their liquid enzyme to fight the mold. Once we completed our portion, we had Brant back to do a complete fogging of the house and ductwork with the mold enzyme product. The enzyme product is safe for homes with children or pregnant women. I would highly recommend this company and product to that demographic. It is also environmentally safe. It was refreshing to work with these guys because they were not trying to push their product or service on us. They understood our desire to DIY some of it and they worked with us to accomplish that. We were able to keep the cost low, but get the job done.

I trust Brant to do a good job. This is the third time we have had to call on him to repair water damage. This water leak involved four professionals - Linton's Carpet, Moldeaters, Summerson Plumbing and West Coast Electric. It was a good team.

Brant is a multi talented contractor. Mold restoration is his specialty, but he also has the skills to take care of and restore other damage. Brant/MoldEaters also repaired water damage in our custom shower stall in 2008.
