They were on time and took little time to finish the job.

They were great. They came right away, did a thorough evaluation, outlined a plan, followed the plan (ie, no surprises), and charged us the amount they said (ie, no hidden costs). I hope to never need their services again, but if I do I would not hesitate to call them. I have recommended them to friends.

The job went fine. Workers arrived on time and worked diligently through the 100 degree heat outside and a lot hotter in the attic.

I contacted MoldEaters to see if they would do an inspection on a home I'm purchasing. The primary inspection had discovered a drainage issue in the crawl space and I wanted to know if there was a mold issue as well. I was very impressed by the company's responsiveness, the professionalism of the employees, and their willingness to work with me on a difficult schedule. When the previous job had run long, they called prior to the scheduled time to let me know they would be running a few minutes late. I'll definitely use them in the future.

We have contacted MoldEaters in the past, and we were impressed with their service and professionalism. This is why we contacted them again. He came to the house, made an evaluation and provided some recommendations. We learned what we can do to alleviate the issue, and we plan to implement MoldEaters plan in the future.

The price was great and they did an awesome job. They did what they said they are going to do. They showed up on time and they are thorough and reasonable. What you hear is what you get. They are prompt and timely.

they came out to assess our crawl space after we purchased a new home that had visible mold due to chronic drainage issues. they determined that we did need to have the mold remediated and provided a thorough estimate of both cost and time to complete. they were not the lowest price but after interview a number of other companies, they were obviously the best. they came and completed the work as they had agreed and provided us with piece of mind that the mold was gone. truly impressed by them and the work that they do.

I can't say enough good things about these guys. We had a recurring mold problem in our two back bedrooms that was forcing the whole family to sleep in the living room -- including my 7 month old baby and my 5 year old son! They came out, assessed the situation and came up with a plan. The cleaned up the mold, HEPA vacuumed, scrubbed the air with an industrial air scrubber, enzyme treated the area as well as every other surface in our house. Then they put up some 1/2" rigid foam insulation on the wall that was causing the problem (brick house, no room for in-wall insulation), which we easily spackled (?) over and painted just like our other walls. The rooms are now mold-free but also much warmer than before. They also sourced and installed moisture-sensing bathroom fans in our bathrooms. They handled everything from start to finish and they were a pleasure to have in the house -- perfect gentlemen. They took what I thought would be yet another huge headache for me and handled every single detail. Not many people do that these days. Like I said, I couldn't say enough good things about them. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

We realized it wasn't the work we needed done and we ended up doing some remodeling instead. The quote seemed expensive. With the remodeling, I completely replaced all the drywall so I thought to wipe it down and put in new drywall, I got more for my money and lot more peace of mind to just replace the drywall. They seemed fine but I would not recommend them because their remedies for my problem didn't make sense to me.

All three areas were done one time and with a minimum of disturbance. The crews were very professional and efficient. The tunnel was especially complex due to the extent of the mold and the need to treat not only the walls, but the indoor-outdoor carpet in the tunnel in order to fully remove the mold odor. In all cases, the areas have remained mold-free despite the relatively high humidity levels in each. I was particularly pleased that the tunnel did not require repainting after the mold was removed. MoldEaters was able to completely rid the space of mold (and odor) without damaging the paint on the walls or the ceiling. After the success of the work at the house, I had MoldEaters bid a mold removal project at my business property. While we later determined that there was structural damage requiring a general contractor to repair, we would have used MoldEathers had the complexity of the job not gone well beyond mold remediation.

They showed up when they said they would. They assessed the problem and took steps to eradicate the problem. They set up necessary equipment and returned when they said they would. The drywall person did a lovely job and we're happy with the work.

Repaired carpenter ant and water damage, replaced windows, and flashed the existing windows. Added ledger board. Did a thorough and efficient job.

Standard TV and Appliance installed our new fridge incorrectly and it leaked for months before we realized it and mold grew all behind the fridge. The estimate to clean and repair was quick and they patiently waited and honored the original bid while we settled with Standards insurance.

We found out about him through our realtor. I give him all A's and will use him again in the future.

The black growth is gone but I have not had it checked to see if it's completely remediated.

It was excellent, the technician, Dennis, was fantastic, he was very conscientious, diligent and thorough.

I liked that he explained everything to me and encouraged my questions without talking down to me because I didn't know as much as he did. Professional and straight-forward.

No phone call back, apparently uninterested in my business.

Everything went well, the staff was very professional.

I was deep cleaning my bedroom and when I moved a nightstand out to vacuum and found mold in the corner of the walls coming up from the baseboard about a foot high. First I searched on the Internet on how to deal with it but there was so much conflicting information I felt I needed to consult with a professional. Mold Eaters has a high rating on Angie's List and is close to my home so I called them first. I called on Monday and Brant answered and said he thought he was able to come out on Tuesday morning the next day but needed to consult his calendar (he didn't have right in front of him). He called me back in a few minutes (within an hour) and we set a time for Tuesday AM. On the phone call I had explained I had company coming to town and that I was going to put in that room and he said he thought the clean up could be done the same day. On Tuesday Brant called a few minutes before our appointment time to get my address again because for some reason he didn't have it with him. He did arrive on time. He was very nice and understanding when our little dog barked up a storm. He looked the area over and said he thought it was on the surface. I had recently bought a gauge that registers humidity and told him the humidity had been on the high side in that room just above the recommended percentage. Brant suggested if the humidity rises to 60% + I might want to consider using a dehumidifier in that room. He looked outside in that area around where the downspout for the gutter is and said he didn’t see any issues. Back inside he indicated the reason for the mold in the corner was a combination of cold air, moisture and lack of air moving in that location. The pattern of the mold on the wall apparently gave him some indication of this as well. I asked if he could confirm the mold was only on the surface and he had a meter that could register the moister level I believe but the battery was dead. We had one the right size and I gladly provided it. He used the meter and seemed confident it was only on the surface. It was a small area and he said he could have someone clean it up and wipe down the walls and vacuum with a HEPA vacuum for about $150 or it was something I could do myself. I was appreciative he could have someone do it that same day since he knew I had company coming. However I had recently been laid off so I opted to do the cleaning myself. Brant recommended a solution of water and Borax and scrubbing with a soft bristle brush. I also removed the baseboard per his recommendation to make sure I got the entire area clean. I also wiped down the walls in the room too to make sure any additional spores where removed and then vacuumed. I have sinus issues and allergies so wore an approved mask per Brant's recommendation as well. He also advised me to prevent the mold from coming back to use a small fan in that corner in the wet winter months to make sure there is air circulation in that corner. Brant was very nice, polite and professional. I was very pleased with his assessment and recommendations. I’m not concerned about him not having my address with him in the car or a working battery as those where minor things easily resolved and could happen to anyone. If I have another mold issue I will definitely call Brant from Mold Eaters first.

Went well. Chris arrived on time, and was very nice. He showed me what he'd done and explained everything, He left the place clean.
