Description of Work: I had a strange noise that kept occurring in out furnace. The technician searched all places around and in the furnace, and found it was an old piece of duct tape that was being sucked into the intake. He cleaned the burners and tested the system. It's been quiet ever since.

Description of Work: My oil furnace stopped working during a cold snap. I called late in the afternoon requesting service the next day. The technician arrived as promised the next morning and quickly identified the problem, a bad blower motor. He did not have a replacement part with him, but left and returned with the part very quickly. He completed the repair and checked my heat registers to make sure everything was working. The technician was polite, professional, and very respectful of my time.
