Description of Work: This was a furnace cleaning special. The tech was polite and tidy and went about his work efficiently. He priced out another service with the help of staff back at the office. It was a very good experience.

Description of Work: They did a great job. They were there over an hour cleaning the heater and trying to help me a diagnose a problem--which so far seems to be fixed due to the work they did. I will happily use them again.

The tech was on site for about 1.5 hours and took the time to explain the adjustments that he made. I will definately use them in the future.

Description of Work: We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal from Green City for a furnace tune-up. Since I was leaving town for an extended time, I needed them to schedule their visit by a certain date, which they accommodated me even though they were very busy. The technician came and did what he could but since our furnace was 28 years old, he recommended we replace it rather than repair. We had them give us an estimate for a new furnace and they provided it in a timely manner. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful. Although we decided to hire a different company to replace our furnace, we found Green City to be a very professional and helpful company and would use their services again if needed.

Description of Work: They inspected both of my furnaces, one on the main floor and one on the second floor. The main floor furnace had to be condemned, but the upstairs was serviced and put back into operation! I was a little bummed about paying for the downstairs furnace inspection since we weren't able to make it work, but they did inspect it so I did get what I paid for.

They found a problem with our home furnace we never would have caught and we were able to fix the problem ourselves. For the first time every, we had furnace servicing where they did not do a hard sell for a new furnace. I was very pleased.
