Description of Work: Condo was flooded from unit above. Most ceiling drywall and some wall drywall and most insulation had to be removed and unit completely dried out. It took about 5 days. At one point they had 14 fans going in a 658 SF one bedroom condo. I just can't say enough good about them. Of course,we had to move out for 7 weeks, but that could not be avoided. Insurance was involved - which proved to be a huge hassle for all, but they were very polite and business like.

Description of Work: We discovered a water leak on 12/31 at 1 a.m. We were able to get ahold of someone at 24/7 and they were at our home within an hour. They immediately started to assess the impact and took action to prevent further damage. They demonstrated a lot of professionalism during the whole process.They came back multiple times to check on the progress of getting our house dry and during their visits they were always punctual and explained everything that they were doing. They worked directly with our home owners insurance, so I can't comment on the cost, but the service was excellent.

Description of Work: I called 24/7 Flood Response after my front yard was flooded due to a water main break. I was worried about water in my crawl space and erosion around my foundation. A customer service agent called me back within 20 minutes and scheduled an appointment for a technician to come out the following morning. | |The technician arrived on time the next morning. He was very courteous and professional. He thoroughly inspected my crawlspace and outer foundation wall for water damage, took photos and wrote up a summary of his findings (no damage). | |I would call these guys again.

Description of Work: They are presently drying out our home which is under renovation. From what I can see so far, they are doing a great job, but aren,t done yet.

I had done my best to mitigate the problem and dry the area out on my own, but wanted a professional to take a look. | |They came out and inspected the area, testing for moisture, etc. The technician recommended that I just finish doing what I was doing, rather than pay for further service. I was impressed and appreciate the honesty. It was well worth the minimum visit fee to me just for the inspection and professional opinion.

It was obvious that I needed professional help and I was so glad to already have an Angie's account so I could find a good, reliable company fast. And I did. | |Sean from 24/7 Flood Response came within an hour, about 6pm, gave a bid, then got to work. (No games, no insinuated threats of disaster if I didn't sign on right away.) With 24/7 you pay AFTER the work is completed to your satisfaction. | |Sean was wonderful to work with---fast, efficient, completely professional, and with no hype, just honest work with a smile. His confidence and reassurance that disaster would be abated---that my house WASN'T going to float away or rot from black mold after all---calmed my frayed nerves just knowing that what seemed like the end of the world, wasn't. It was all fixable---the carpets and walls were dryable, he reassured me. | |Sean set up a huge dehumidifier in each room and several blowers under the carpets and let them run all weekend. You won't be sorry. | |Note: I cannot rate the price because I have nothing to compare it to as I did not get any other estimates, but I thought the quote seemed fair and I was most interested in getting immediate help. I got what I needed and am exceedingly happy with the outcome of my business with Sean and 24/7.

Description of Work: I noticed that the drywall tape was hanging down in my kitchen so I knew there must be a leak in the upstairs bathroom. When I called the company they sent someone out the very next morning to check on the damage. He assessed the situation and told me there was not enough water in the ceiling to warrant drying it out. The floorboard needed to be replaced because it was rotted and he said he would have the remodeling department call me. I was told there would be no charge for an estimate and he did not charge me. I would definitely use them again if necessary.

Description of Work: We had water damage in our crawlspace. Jason and his team Sean, Ben, Matt did analysis of damage and very quickly started drying process. When they found that it needs more than big fans to dry they brought a truck of gas heater to heat the place to speed up drying. They followed up with installing new carpet on quick turnaround, also we had them then redo parts of our kitchen with flooring.
