The team from 24/7 did a good job cleaning up and drying out our basement. They were polite, professional, and took care to move things carefully and to minimize the mess that comes from cutting out drywall. The whole flood experience is of course unpleasant and these guys know that and acted accordingly. They explained what they needed to do and why and answered all my questions. So although I don't want to repeat the whole experience, I would use 24/7 again if I need to. Details: After heavy rains our basement flooded about 2 inches deep in spots. We discovered the water in the basement bathroom seeping out into the hallway carpet. We used a wet/dry vac to pick up as much as we could to keep it from spreading into the hallway but then found there was also water in two adjoining rooms and in a corner on the other side of the house. This was a Sunday night (why do these things always happen on a weekend?) around 8:00 as we were getting ready to eat a late dinner. After dealing with the immediate crisis for a 1/2 hour (we had picked up about 20 vaccuum loads of water) - we called 24/7. Ryan and Junior showed up 1 1/2 hours later from Renton. They immediately began vaccuming up the remaining water and checking the extent of the problem. They cut out drywall in the bathroom and set up a large dehumidifier and some blowers and then said they'd be back the next morning to handle the rest. They left at around 1:30 am. They came back the next morning, moved things out of the other rooms, finished removing baseboards, cutting out drywall and set up more blowers and another humidifier. They were careful moving everything out of our storage room. Over the next several days Ryan and Rj and others came by - always pre-setting a time and then calling to confirm their arrival an hour or so beforehand - something I appreciated. They checked on progress drying the walls and accomodated my request to try and save a section of carpet and ultimately did so I only have to replace it in one area. I think these guys have a lot of experience and were pleasant to deal with. The price seems fair based on comparisons with other companies. It's tough to take a hit on things like this but cheap is not the highest priority.

I was impressed on how quickly they came and got everything set up. I was concerned at how much of the baseboard they puled off and they also damaged some of my wall paper. The work they did was good but I feel the machines were left at the house a day or so too long and it was unnecessary. 2 men were there for about 2-3 hours and I had one other visit during the drying process to check moisture beforre they came and picked up their equipment. Overall I was happy with the service but at $3000 i feel it was overpriced but you don't feel like you have choice in this situation.
Description of Work: We had a pipe break during the recent hard freeze and had flooding in my baseement. I called them at around 9p.m. and they were at the house by 10:30pm. They lifted up the carpet and took off the baseboards and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They came back once to check the machines and measures the amount of moisture still in the walls.

Dear member, Thank you for allowing us to serve you. It appears your experience was good in some areas but not exactly as you expected in others. After reading your constructive criticism I went back to discuss with the project manager the areas you touched on. He reported that you were present during the inspection process and believed you were aware that the amount of baseboard removed was in conjunction with the affected wall area. With regard to the wall paper I believe the project manager should have done a better job outlining expectations related to that issue. Wall paper is extremely unstable when it gets wet due to the wicking effect. In fact the way to remove wall paper is to actually get it wet! It is not uncommon for paper to release from the wall even when the baseboard is carefully removed. The field tech also stated that you were present when the base board was removed and made no mention of this issue. Wall paper tends to curl at the edges while it dries even if it was perfectly in tact when the base came off so its possible that is what you are seeing. The last issue of the billing and its relationship to the length of the dry out is confusing after investigating it. We use a standardized price structure that every insurance company honors as did yours. Since you filed a claim your only responsibility was your deductible. The documentation that the tech submitted indicated that the dry standard for the walls was reached on day three which is a very common drying curve. The final moisture readings indicated that the affected materials would have still been wet 24 hours earlier. It appears that all these issues could have been resolved with a little better communication about expectations on the part of our project manager. We hope you never have another water damage but would give us a chance to improve in this area if the need arises.

This is actualy the second time we have used 24/7 flood response. And I would gladly call them again, if needed. We noticed a leak in our roof that saturated a wall and the floor. Unfortunately it took over a month for a different roofing company to fix the issue, so it was too long to simply dry out the walls and floor, because the risk of mold. A full tear out was needed. 24/7 was extreamly quick to respond to my call. A technition was in our house the same day planning out how to respond to the dammage. The dammaged floor planks and drywall was removed in a day, and it took an additional three days to dry out the rest. The technition checked on the progress every day, and was very responsive to any questions I had. 24/7 also has a relationship with a contracting company called Pacific NW Restoration. They provided a bid for the repair, and we moved forward with that company to do the work. I have only good things to say about Pacific NW Restoration as well.

I was impressed with the how fast things were put into motion once I called. RJ was the lead on the scene and quickly went to work to remove the water in my basement. He then set-up the proper combination of equipment to ensure the floor and walls would dry out. I was impressed by his knowledge of flooding, plumbing and drywall. RJ was also very caring in his customer service approach which is definitely needed at such a stressful time. The equipment used was: two sump pumps, two dehumidifiers and six fans. On RJ's second and final visit he brought Curtis with him and both went to work removing ruined drywall and cleaning the area. RJ also repositioned the equipment and left directions on when and how to move it for maximum drying effectiveness. On the final visit, the walls were carefully checked for moisture levels and final removal of equipment occurred. I appreciated both their professionalism and strong work ethic.

After experiencing a burst water pipe, I called several providers who were ranked highly on Angie's list. Everyone, including 24/7 flood response, told me that they were super busy due to recent hard freeze in the area and that they couldn't get to me for a few days. I have no problem with this response - it would be unreasonable to expect the usual promised turnaround right after a major natural freeze. The problem I have is that they called me back and told me that a spot opened up and they could fit me in. I thought, great! After all, I was dealing with standing water below the house and every moment counts. So, even though some of their competitors offer free consultations, I decided to bring them on because I really wanted to get fans and dehumidifiers installed. Well, the consultation guy arrived, and after a very cursory examination (he was clearly in a rush and kept talking about how busy he was), said that really more work would need to be done to assess the extent of the damage and that he didn't have any available equipment to begin the drying process (other than some absorption mats which he admitted would be of low value). He said maybe he could get it the next day (which other companies and been upfront about and told me before they sent someone). So, later that day, I was crawling in my wet crawlspace to extract wet insulation and run my own fans. There was no subsequent followup by the company to see if I desired any further service or how things went (which is odd since this was a consultation that recommended further engagement). I want to be fair here so let me emphasize that this was indeed a super busy time for providers - and these guys normally get great reviews, so maybe this is an anomalous experience. But, I can say that every other provider was upfront about not having the equipment, and when some suggested coming out for a consult (and I balked because of this experience), most responded with "well we obviously aren't going to charge you anything if we don't do any actual work). Unfortunately, this was not the case with 24/7 flood response, and I ultimately feel like I paid $120 and got nothing in return. That being said, the technician and call dispatcher were both courteous, good communicators, and arrived on time. My advice: don't use a firm that charges for consultations - there are many in the area who do not, and if you do, make sure they will have the resources on hand to actually do work.
Description of Work: What did the provider do? Charge me $120something dollars to tell me he didn't have the equipment to do any actual work. Word of advice: don't pay for "consultations" without first asking if they actually have the ability to do the work.

Dear member, I learned of your review on the day our company received news that we had earned our second consecutive Super Service award. I immediately reached out to you several times and left voice messages in the belief that we could resolve this matter directly, but in light of the unreturned calls and because you chose to make your complaint known to the entire Angie's List community without first calling our office, I will address it here instead. The purpose of charging a service call/ mobilization fee is as much a protection to our motivated clients as it is to us. The GPS report showed that our tech's consultation with you lasted about an hour. By covering our travel and staff expenses we aren't forced to overcharge people that hire us to proceed with mitigation services. During the statewide crisis we received several calls from frustrated homeowners that were quoted $500 show up fees from price gouging competitors. Our service call never changed during the crisis and we continued to honor the coupons offered to the Angie's List community. Service call fees also help us identify homeowners that agree there is a quantifiable value to our expertise and good reputation which in turn increases the likelihood that the client will agree to take the proposed action, especially in situations where inaction can create further damage. We are perfectly fine with providing estimates but when we send out a technician it is with the intent to work when there is work to do. You suggested that we did not come prepared to work which is not the case. I personally took your call and after you made me aware that you had water damage in your hardwood floors I specifically sent you a technician that I confirmed had hardwood floor drying equipment on his van. You referred to it as an "absorbent pad" and that our tech said it would be of little value. It is actually the most widely recognized specialty equipment for removing excess moisture from hardwood floors, and the rental is priced accordingly. The tech said it would be of little value if you weren't also willing to address the full extent of the water damage which originated in the exterior wall behind your cabinets. The tech strongly recommended removing the cabinets to open up the wall in order to remove the saturated insulation inside. He reported that you were indecisive about this crucial step. That is why he said charging you a premium to dry your hardwood floors was of little value. We consider any half measure that would cause us to make the client sign a release of liability to be of little value. We only want to do work we can guarantee and we simply couldn't do that with the knowledge that you were considering leaving waterlogged insulation in the wall cavity behind your cabinets. Had you agreed to remove the necessary materials the hardwood floor drying system would have been a great option and we could have warrantied the work. You inquired about placing air movers in the crawlspace which really would have been a waste of your money, even if we had been permitted to remove the cabinets and wet insulation. Hardwood floor installers typically install a vapor barrier first that prevents moisture from wicking from the sub-floor into the finished floor. This barrier also acts to deter moisture from passing from the hardwood into the sub-floor. This practice was supported by our inspection in the crawlspace which didn't reveal elevated moisture in the sub-floor. In our expert opinion blowing nearly sub freezing air at the underside of the sub-floor would be fruitless in drying wet hardwood floors above. The tech did acknowledge informing you that he would need to restock his van with air movers and come back if you insisted on this minimalist approach. He believed he had effectively placed the ball in your court to consider all the information he provided. As the owner of the company I am willing to consider that in the midst of the statewide crisis our tech may have done a better job defining this expectation and I agree he should have followed up with you within a day or two to see if you wanted to proceed with service. My offer to resolve this matter directly with you remains should you decide to call back. Thank you.

Discoverd burst pipe due to water sepage into living room. After checking with home owners insurance, called 24/7. They dispatched a representative immediately to assess the damage and after getting clearence from insurance, started repairs immediately thereafter. Initial stages involved removing existing cabinetry and about 12 feet of drywall up to about 4 feet high, along with several panels of sub-floor plywood. They then placed drying machinery into the room to remove moisure from the remaining structure. After about a week of drying, restoration replaced the flooring and drywall, textured and painted the walls, and replaced the cabinetry. Project manager, Lance Wong, was in touch with me almost daily, while the crew always showed up on time, was courteous and friendly, and more importantly, restored the damaged areas to better than original shape. The room looks fantastic, and there's no evidence whatsoever of any of the damage.

Dear Member, Thank you for your constructive feedback. It appears the field tech was clear about what his services included but could have done a better job at defining what they did not. We are both a mitigation firm (first responder) and restoration firm (build back) There is a necessary distinction between the two. Our mitigation and restoration professionals specialize in their specific fields and we do not ask them to step out of those areas of expertise. We always strive to improve on communication and our staff has been reminded of the need to clarify the limitations as well as the extent of the specific services we offer.

On July 2nd I discovered a leaking water pipe in the closet wall and sub-floor. I contacted Hunt's Pluming (using Angie's List), and they had a technician at my home Friday morning July 5th at the scheduled time in the morning (9:30a.m.). Hunt's recommended 27/7 Flood Response to determine the extent of water damage and work needed to remove any mold or structural damage repair. I called 24/7 Flood Response before 10am and they had a technician at my home by 11:30am. The technician, Sean Klarer, was very professional and knowledgeable. He did an assessment determining there was no structural damage, just water damage and mold, and provided an estimate. Sean set up a dehydration unit in the closet, covering the opening with plastic and a heater in the crawl space. Even though he ran into a "snag" in not being able maneuver the heater around the crawl space due to hard pan and rock preventing him from even digging a few inches of dirt to provide enough clearance to slide the heater under a floor joist he came up with an alternative that ended up working out great. He did not complain about the problem he ran into or adjusted the original estimate. His solution was to place the heater directing the heat towards the area where the water damage was and placed a fan to force the heat to that area. Sean explained that normal drying time would be two day but wanted to add another day, again not adjusting the original estimate. He returned on Monday, July 8th and checked the damaged areas for moisture content and determined it had dried out and that the mold was eliminated. Great job, reasonable price and very friendly. I highly recommend 24/7 Flood Response.

Spencer was at the house within 1 hour of my call. He set up a number of very loud machines at the house to extract water, etc. He spent about 3 hours there, leaving close to 1AM. The next day he came out to set up yet more loud machines, getting them to pump hot air into the crawl space (where a number of beams had been totally soaked). We spent a total of about 3 days with super-loud machines running 24/7. Spencer came back at 11PM on Saturday night to see how things were going - everything looked dry, and he hauled all of his equipment away at midnight. The price for this work seemed high to me, but I have nothing to compare it with. The fact that they were able to arrive right away and start taking care of it appears to have saved our floors, which would have cost much more. The final cost matched the initial estimate precisely. I would absolutely call 24/7 again if I had this sort of problem.

I called 24/7 Flood Response right after a plumber identified the leaking pipe in the wall causing flooding into 2 rooms, and tapped it off. When I asked how soon they could come, the dispatcher said "How's an hour and a half from now? My guy's in rush hour traffic or it would be sooner." From the minute the assessor showed up in the early evening, he worked hard and fast to develop a plan and implement it. The next morning, he arrived with another worker and they took out all affected materials to haul away and set up the first set of machines to dry out the rooms, all done very quickly and thoroughly. The drying process took 3 days, and he came every day to check progress. Although we hoped the affected bedroom would be done quickly, he kept measuring the exact levels and did not release the room until it was completely safe and hygienic to do so. We appreciated his professionalism in requiring the machines to stay in place until the job was done correctly. During the whole process, the entire staff stayed in touch with me, answered all questions thoroughly, acted professionally, and also were kind and helpful in every possible way. The fees for services were reasonable and fair for the work done. Their fantastic customer service was an added bonus. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who has any type of water damage to their home, or to use any other services they offer.

I called 24/7 about 7 in the morning; they were out within 2 hours. They brought the equipment they needed to get things started right away. They also went over and above and contacted a plumber for me who also showed up at the same time to look at our failed toilet. We had that replaced that day as well. We noticed that there was a bit of a puddle in front of the fridge. When we pulled the fridge out, the line running from the wall to the fridge started spraying all over. After shutting off the line, it was clear that there had been a slow leak for days that slowly soaked all the way down into the crawlspace and insulation below the fridge. All the affected area was individual oak board hardwoods that had cupped pretty heavily in the worst areas and split in some places as well. We called them up and within 90 minutes, a tech was out to assess the damage. Within that single visit, mats were placed on the hardwoods, effected drywall and insulation was removed and fans plus a dehumidifier were put in place to soak up the remaining moisture. The downside was how long this persisted. We had the fans and vacuums running for over 2 weeks straight when originally promised that the whole process would take a matter of days. There were near daily visits requested by the tech to check up on the progress. Though we could see the progress from the moisture meter ourselves, the expectations were way off and I would have expected more from a professional.
Description of Work: Mitigation from a leak fridge including drying of some sheet rock, but primarily wood floors where the water had penetrated through the subfloor into the basement. They used specialized vacuum drying mats to bring the cupped individual wood floor boards back into shape.

I am sorry that the members review is not consistent with all our other member reviews. I'm not sure where the breakdown was here. Specialty equipment for drying hardwood floors is among the noisiest and most inconvenient, and estimating the drying curve for hardwood floors can also tricky but I checked the supporting docs turned in by the field tech and they indicate that the equipment was set up on our first visit which the member review also states but unlike the member report our file shows an equipment removal date of six days later not two weeks? Furthermore we only charged the equipment for a total of 5 days to demonstrate our good faith to the property owner and their insurance company that paid our bill in full less their deductible. Any equipment left running and follow up monitoring trips after day five we did for free. We have a separate system in place to track client feedback and the member’s spouse who was our primary point of contact wrote "Spencer was very polite & informative in his service. He was very helpful throughout the whole drying process and came to check on us frequently to keep us informed about the process. I am very pleased with the service we received". The spouses review touches on every service standard we strive to achieve and even the member review states that we showed up daily to check the progress and included him in the drying assessment of the affected materials during return trips. It is this transparency that has earned 24/7 Flood Response the outstanding reviews we routinely receive. I’m not sure why there is such a sharp contrast between the member’s review and his spouse’s or such an apparent breakdown in communication but we are sorry if we didn't live up to expectations.

Like most reviewers on here I'm not sure why there are to separate dialog boxes, so here are my dos and don'ts. If you have had water leaking in your home do call 24/7 Flood Response. Don't assume it will dry on its own. Even if think your the best handy man around and you can fix anything do give 24/7 Flood Response a call. (I fixed the leak and was prepared to spend my evenings cutting out wet drywall and all the rest of the hanging, tapping, muding that was to follow. With a phone call to 24/7 Flood Response and a few well spent dollars I have a dry ceiling, a very manageable patch job, and a very happy fiance.) Thanks to Sean and 24/7 Flood Response for all your help.
Description of Work: Water Damage from an upstairs bathroom made its way downstairs causing the paint on the ceiling in the den to bubble and drip. My fiance and I had been burned once before when we used a popular internet search engine to choose a appliance repair person. So, this time we decided not to take any chances and purchased a membership to Angie's List. It has been one the best decision we have made. When we started our search on Angie's List we didn't have to go far to find 24/7 Flood Response. From the start to finish we were super impressed. Our job was a small one for these professionals, aside from scheduling the estimate we dealt one on one with Sean. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. He surveyed the damage, explained all the possible issues that may arise from our situation, and the least evasive way to go about repairing the damage. Sean was spot on with his plan. All the moisture was drawn out of the drywall in just a few days eliminating the chance for mold to grow. The tape seam blended right back with the rest of the ceiling as did a few of the bubbles that formed. All we were left to do was repair a small 3"x6" hole that was cut in the ceiling were the fan forced air was introduced into space between the first and second floor. We had chosen to repair the hole our selves, but we're sure if we needed that fixed as well the professionals at 24/7 Flood Response would be able to provide options.

They were on time, courtesy, professional and finish the job as promised. When they did the work they made sure the insurance company had all the necessary materials as well.

Ben arrived within the hour timeframe that I was given from the initial appointment set-up and he had anticipated arriving earlier but the traffic was bad during the morning rainy commute. He provided me with updates via phone on his ETA and when he did arrive he took off his shoes to inspect the area since it was wet and rainy outside. Ben answered my questions and walked me through what his process would be to mitigate the problem. Although my problem was not solved, I have a better idea of what next steps I need to take in order to resolve the issue. I will definitely call Ben to come back out and do the work once the outside wall is repaired.
Description of Work: I called 24/7 Flood Response to look at some mold I found on my bedroom baseboard and determine the source. Ben checked the carpet and the wall for moisture and pulled back the carpet to find out extent of the damage. He inspected the outside wall to determine the source of the water damage and gave advice on what needed to be repaired as they do not do that kind of repair work. He offered to call the subcontractor they work with to provide me with an estimate on the outside repairs. Ben was reluctant (and I agreed) to put holes in my bedroom wall to see the interior damage until the outside wall is fixed which I appreciated.

Ceiling was flooded from leaking roof and the ceiling collapsed . water and tile mess everywhere. Sean from 24/7 arrived within an hour after I called and took over from there. He spoke to landlord and landlord's insurance so I did not have to deal with that hassle. They cleaned up all the mess, dried the rig and walls, arranged for carpet cleaning, moved furniture and put it back when it was dry, and by Saturday, 4 days later, we will be able to move back into the office. Since landlords insurance is covering it all, I do not know the cost.
Description of Work: Evaluation of problem, clean up of debris, drying walls and carpet, Locating cause. Working with insurance and with landlord.

Sean walked us through the process, and was very professional and courteous. He explained our situation in detail but in layman's terms, which made us feel comfortable about the work to be performed. At all times he made sure that our concerns were addressed and my family was as comfortable as possible throughout this experience. You hire a company for the quality of their work and services, but you also hire a company because of its people. I highly recommend 24/7 Flood Response. I would definitely use their services again because of their quality work and people (Sean and Morgan) I work with.
Description of Work: A hot water line leak forced us to shut off the main line. The leak occurred in our crawl space, and likely went on for approx. 3 days before we noticed anything. Water damaged our insulation, air duct, and excess moisture/humidity throughout the house. 24/7 Flood Response responded and showed up to our house within hours of making the initial call. Sean and Morgan immediately started to work on removing the damaged insulation and air duct. Then started working on drying out the crawl space, and removing the excess moisture and humidity throughout our home.

Thank you for your kind words. You are correct when you say the difference in any service industry is the people. All the training and gadgets in the world mean nothing without quality individuals to exercise them. I never tire of reading feedback from client's who wish to recognize the extra mile our staff goes to minimize the inconvenience and disruption water damage creates. I also noticed you are a repeat client. We're glad to see we are your go to company in a time of crisis.

-On time -knew what he was talking about -Installed equpiment quickly and safely -Checked in on progress on repairs being made - Always was polite and courteous
Description of Work: I called Jason after finding them on AL and he was very polite and sent out Sean right away to my home to assess the damage. Sean was on time and very polite. He has a passion for what he does and all things related to remodels, as we had just finished an extensive one in the home. When he arrived he got right to business and crawled under the home and pointed out the sources of damage. He also checked the interior of the home and the floors before offering any types of repairs. Due to this not being covered by insurance and I have much of my own equipment, he was able to give me many options to for my unique situation about and a time line of how long it would all take in best and worse case. After discussing it with him we took a middle of the road option and off to work he went. It took him about 45 minutes or so to "tent off" the affected areas and do some crawl space work and in went the machines and off he went. He continued to check in on the progress and to make sure everything was working the way he had expected. After a few days he came back and picked up his equipment and helped return the kitchen in to a working order. Great job and thank you.

Not sure how these two boxes differ, so I told the story above. Both employees were courteous, careful, and responsive, and they spent considerable effort alleviating our anxiety. I spent much more time talking with Sean, as he seemed to be the one in charge. I couldn't have asked for more. They explained thoroughly everything they were doing. Sean made an appointment with us each of the subsequent days, at our convenience. Another 24/7 employee, Steve, came out to the house and looked at the situation to prepare an estimate of the cost of repairing everything that needed it (we had already purchased a new water heater). He was also exemplary of courteousness and responsiveness. We were going to give the repair work to 24/7, as we liked them, but we have two acquaintances who are contractors, and we decided to have all three bid on the job, as we plan to add additional remodeling of the basement, now that work has to be done there. We haven't finished that process yet.
Description of Work: We returned from an overseas trip at 2:30 am on 1/25 to discover that our water heater had sprung a leak and had been leaking on the basement floor for (presumably) days. The humidity throughout the house was 100%, and all the walls and windows were dripping water. The water had run from the water heater in a work room diagonally across the basement, through a door and into two other rooms, ending up in a laundry room on the opposite corner of the basement, where there is fortunately a drain. However, at some point, the drain had become stopped up, and about 1-1/2 inches of water were standing in that room. This led to much tearing of hair and substantial anxiety. We looked on Angie's List, found 24/7, and called them. Meanwhile, we began to remove wet things from the basement and tried to unplug the drain (with no success). We wiped down windows and walls with towels until we had no more dry towels. The 24/7 people (Sean and Damico) arrived at about 5 am; they had to be awakened, apparently, and come from quite a distance. They immediately went to work cleaning out the drain and finally got it working, drained the shallow pool in the basement, and pulled off baseboards to determine the degree of soaking (high). They placed probes in various parts of the wall to confirm this. They brought in fans and dehumidifiers, which stayed in the house for three days. They dried off everything, cleaned up their work, and left after several hours on the first morning. This is the short version; I cannot give a lot of details, as I was not in the basement with them when they performed much of this. They then returned every day to check the results of the dehumidifying, move fans and dehumidifiers around and talked with us about it. They finally removed everything after the third day.

The provider that came to help was extremely knowledgeable. He gave us helpful tips and ideas as well as people we could contact as we finish cleaning up the damage.
Description of Work: We had some flooding from a recent snow storm. We had some ice damming on our roof and we had water come into one of our bathrooms and a bedroom. They were able to dry up all the water for us and ensure that there wasn’t any worse damage than what had already happened.

They did a wonderful job. They were very polite, courteous, prompt, and on time.
Description of Work: I had a leak in the ceiling from a toilet on the top floor. They had to take out the toilet so that we could find out what the problem was as well as the floor. They then replaced the floor and the toilet.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: We had a water heater burst from the side and flooded into the adjoining apartment. We manage an apartment complex. It flooded their kitchen dining area and crawl space. They came in and cleaned up and helped us dry everything up with the industrial fans so that we did not need to replace flooring and sheetrock. They helped us save a lot of money with their work. They were out in about a half hour to an hour of when I called.
