Hired for a water softener. Very professional installation, clean, explained everything to me. Very happy.

We bought a fixer upper just inside Mt Baker National Forest. Very rocky area. The well’s entire pump and pressure system needed to be replaced. Bob Fletcher was great to work with and helped us understand our alternatives so that we could make the best decisions to address our situation.

One year after my initial installation a pump failed and flooded my pumphouse soaking the insulation and siding. I called and was told that they had installed a faulty pump that several had failed and they would replace it. I told them that they needed to also replace the soaked insulation and dry out the siding. I had paid another handyman to install the insulation. They left my pump house open and did not pull out the soaked insulation. I would not trust this company. They knew the pumps were failing and did not contact me about a replacement before it did damage.

There appears to be a communication problem between the owner & the installer. I e-mailed the company (which goes to the owner) and the installer (Matt) never got the e-mail. The installation and workmanship were were excellent, and the job was completed on time. Good job.

These guys are amazing. If you ever have any well issues what so ever call these guys ! They are truly professional and great to talk to. We had multiple ( electrical and water flow ) issues and they fixed them all. Happy Holidays !!
