I called them when my furnace emitted a loud schreeching sound when I turned it on the first time this Fall. They took my information, and said they would call back after checking with a service person that was out in my area. They called back within 15 minutes and indicated when the service person would be arriving. He arrived a few minutes before I expected. THe service individual was professional, and quickly discovered the problem. Even though I hadn't purchased the package unit (Carrier combo A/C and gas furnace), they checked on the status of the warranty, and indicated that it was still covered. Normally Carrier requires that the installer do repairs, but, since I had Bettty's install it 5 years ago, A/C Masters was allowed to do the repair. We arranged to have him come back the next day to do the repair - he did it quickly and verified that everything was working before leaving. They took care of all the warranty paperwork, and, there was no charge. I highly recommend them.

A/C Masters gave us the most for our money among the other 7 quotes that we had (including the other top guys for our area on Angie's List). They were really professional, courteous, and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They also took care of rebate and warranty paperwork for us. I would definitely use them again for our HVAC needs. One of the best contractors my wife and I have ever hired.

A/CMasters came the very day we called them. This initial call was Memorial Day weekend.Their technician Chris within a few minutes found the leak that our previous a/c guy said was unfindable! He then explained to my husband how the duct work in the attic from the a/c unit was configured in such a way as to allow water to collect and leak into our master bathroom ceiling. Chris fixed the freon leak and refilled the unit with freon and got the house cool again. Javier came to the house a few days later evaluated the duct problem that Chris found and gave us three very detailed and well thought out options for resolving this issue. He also assured us that although we had to wait a few days for this duct repair he would guarantee that we would not lose a/c during this period. We made our decision from the choices and scheduled the work a few days later. The technicians arrived on time for the repair and finished in a few hours. We were so impressed with this company and their professionalism that we bought a service check package. they come to check the furnace and a/c units twice a year for any issues.

A/C Masters was excellent to deal with from estimate to installation. Very competitive pricing. Very professional sales, installation and service. Installation technicians were prompt, courteous, took time to answer all my questions, and did very good work. My Carrier thermostat did fail the first night, but a call for service was handled right away on a Saturday morning and the issue was repaired within a few hours. I am very happy with the Carrier product and A/C Masters and strongly recommend them both.

A/C Masters responded promptly to my request for an estimate when my a/c unit failed and I needed a replacement and was able to start the job the following day which was a saturday.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt. They answered few questions about cleaning and they told me what to expect and how to maintain my machine. They explained to me all the things that they did and they finished the job in less time than they had predicted. They were courteous and respectful. My overall experience with them was excellent.

They came when scheduled. They are professional, courtesy and simply a pleasure to do business with. Their maintenance folks are equally professional, courteous. I have used other vendors on my previous units (Florida Heat Pump, now owned by Bosch, I believe), but I'll stick with Carrier.

The crew arrived on time with all the necessary equipment and tools to complete the job. They were very carefull to not damage or dirty the floors and carpeting in the house by spreading out cover pads and drop cloths. They had estimated 4 hours to do the job and were right on the mark, 4 hrs. and 10 minutes. After completing the job, one of the technicians showed me the finished product and explained in detail what they had done and any maintenance requirements on my part. I was very happy with the job and the professionalism of the technicians. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC work done.

We came home from roasting away the afternoon at the river to discover a super hot house. The downstairs a/c had blown a capacitor. I called a couple of places the next morning. Due to the excessive heat, all of the a/c companies were overbooked. To my relief, A/C Master called back an hour later. They sent a tech within the next hour to repair the problem. It was quick and easy -- and I think it was resonable. We were happy to have cool a/c again in the bottom part of the house.

Went well. We will keep business in our listing for future calls as necessary.

The repair was completed and the A/C is still running without problem. I will get a contract with them to service my unit.

Overall, the experience was a good one. The gentleman that showed up was nice and professional. He did a great job in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this compay!

I have used AC Master before and was happy so when it was time to buy an HVAC System at my rental home, I got a quote from them. They were not the cheapest, but offered the best value (quality product for a reasonable price). The came out and installed it and did a professional job as they did the last time. The unit is working great so far. My other unit is about 3 years old with no problems so far. I would recommend anyone who needs a new HVAC System to call these folks. I used another firm before and the installer makes a world of difference in product reliability and how long it will last. Dont save pennies to spend dollars. Buy value over price and stick with a quality product and an installer you can trust.

I called A/C Masters this morning as I normally have in the past but the line was busy. I ended up calling another company and they couldn't fit me in until the next day. I called A/C Masters back and Jill picked up. She quickly found my information and verified everything that was needed. She was able to get someone to help me out that day. We scheduled for 4pm to allow me to make it home from work. CJ was right on time. That is a characteristic that more businesses should have. CJ was extremely helpful and answered all my questions and even gave me some suggestions. I will never call another A/C company.

Very satisfied. A/C Master's technician Kris arrived on time and was very professional. He took me through the whole system while he performed the service. Kris had answers to all my questions and identified some commonsense problems with the system. Unfortunately for me, these problems were not diagnosed by other A/C companies I've used in the past. I plan on using A/C Masters for the follow-on issues and definitely will request Kris for future service and maintenance.

17-year old A/C unit completely dead, limping for years. A/C Masters very professional. Good price. Good Carrier Product. Bought lowest priced basic system. Fast quote, in home visit. Provided two temporary window units, great relief! Started work ahead of what was agreed! Finished 98% work ahead of schedule. Came back later for minor finishing touches. It's been a year, so far so good.

One day install - finished when they said they would.

They did a really good job. They came on time. They have excellent work ethics. They did everything they said they were going to do. The pricing was good. I had one small problem with the system and called in the afternoon. They came out the very next morning to repair it. They even completed the job sooner than they estimated they would.

From the professional and timely quotes to the installation and follow-up, this contractor did a stellar job. They gladly provided references who were very satisfied and complimentary about the work performed. We just recently hired them for additional work mainly because they did so well with the original job and because we were confident they know what they are doing and how to provide quality work.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Very freindly crew. Did a great job getting new unit down a hillaround the back of the property. Only took one day. I'd highly recommend A/C Masters. Got other quotes that weren't as good especially the warranty.
