Quick and professional service. Other people I tried didn't get back to me after I described the problem, which turned out to be a control button that had crud in it. Perhaps they weren't interested in something simple that didn't involve replacing parts, or they couldn't diagnose it over the phone. This guy diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it without having to order parts. I'll definitely use him again.

Never again, price quoted was more than double and job half done. Technician was scheduled for Saturday afternoon to replace the dishwasher and kitchen sink faucet. He determined that he couldn't use the connection I had for the previous dishwasher so said it would cost an extra $225 (original quote was $150) cut the copper pipe and put in a new flexible pipe and different valve. Because he'd arrived late and the dishwasher took longer than he'd planned he decided he didn't want to deal with the faucet and went home. The faucet continued to leak, causing the ceiling of the floor below to drip, buckle and stain. The plumber I got to come in on the following Monday noticed that the pipe he cut wasn't sealed and continued to drip along with the faucet, intensifying the problem. He removed the trash the Sammy's technician had left and completed the undone work in less than an hour.

Excellent customer service. Came as promised. Very personable. Initially the work seemed to be completed immediately, and I was ready to pay. But the dishwasher wouldn t start after it was reinstalled. That s where the wheels came off. He tried telling me that this is an electric problem. I pushed back and asked him to pull it out to check power. Surely the plug was dislodged during the reinstall process. He reluctantly plugged it back. Then he claimed that the fees pipe is installed incorrectly. I told him that we ve been using it for a while. He feigned non comprehension. I pushed him a bit, politely , since I was starting to worry if I d need to call someone else. He did something to address the feed pipe situation. I asked him to check another plumbing situation just to keep him interested long enough to close this ticket properly. He seems to be convinced and closed it well. I will wait for a few days to make sure. But when I asked him about the other plumbing situation that I d used to keep him interested, he said snaking may be required. I thanked him and asked him how much I owed. He said 75 for service and 75 for the fox. I was shocked, but I just let him have the money and let him go. He installed 2 screws dislocated the plug and said I need electrical work, before undoing the m and reinstalling the plug, reinstalling the drain pipe that actually had disconnected when he pulled the dishwasher out to plug it back. Not a value at all. If I was not at the end of my day, I d have contested him. But he did the originally discussed work, albeit at an exorbitant price. Will not hire him again for sure.

I hired Sammy to install a new dishwasher. He called me within a few minutes of my request on Home Advisor, and said he could come the same day. When he arrived he fixed the old one in two minutes, and for much less than the original quote for parts. In addition, for a reasonable fee he took the new dishwasher back to the store for me. Speedy, excellent and professional service!

Same day service was great! On time, and Sam quickly diagnosed the issue with a new dishwasher that had been installed incorrectly by someone else. You pay per job versus an hourly rate, which is today's standard. A 15-minute fix may cost you the same as an hour fix. That said, Sam was very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the overall experience! He will be my first call for any future appliance install/repair needs.
