He called right after my request and came out to install our new dishwasher the same day!

Technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem with the DW appliance, obtained replacement part stored in truck, installled it and rovided invoice on the spot . Technician was professional and efficient throughout the 40 minute visit.

In and out installing a new gas range in about 10 minutes. Done professionally and with no issues.

I know that he did an outstanding job diagnosing the problem and told us what needs to be replaced. Next time he will work on the component to replace the items to get the machine up and running.

I was told the wires connecting the dishwasher to the power supply needed to be cleaned. It would have been an additional $90.00 for him to do this. I was suspicious so I did not move forward with the repair. I called a friend and family member and they also were a little supiouios so the friend came over to look at it once the weekend arrived and low and behold IT WAS A LOSE WIRE NUT, THATS IT! Friends and family agree, he should have just tightened it for the trip fee and not charged extra. They fully understand he is running a business but sometimes you have to do the right thing. HE LIED! Now he has a bad review.

Needed the door seal in my Dish Washer replaced due to leaking. Sammy was quick to give me a time and estimate. Even texted me when he was going to be late. Did the work in about 15 minutes and even explained what other problems my Dish Washer might be having if it was still leaking. Perfect.

Quick and efficient service

Sammys recommended that I repair rather than replace an old dishwasher, claiming that ;they do not make them like they used to. So after a $420 repair bill to replace a motor/ pump, the dishwasher worked well for just longer than the 30-day warranty period and then began leaking from that area. There was clearly a problem, but their returning tech visited for only 10-minutes and then left without explanation. I called and called them, but could not reach them or get a return call - they never tried to call or bill me for that second visit. I finally called another repair company who verified the problem and recommended replacing the dishwasher. I then used another phone to call Sammys and magically reached them right away. They claimed that there was no problem with the dishwasher, but could not explain why their second tech had exited so quickly and silently after his visit, or why they had not billed me for the visit. Bottom line, I wasted $420 on these clowns...they sound slick on the phone, but their advice and work quality are garbage. Hire someone else.

Contacted me only a few minutes after I place the request. He was able to come the same day. Completed the job quickly.

They quickly solved our problem but they are expensive.

They were professional, they got the job done and identified other issues in our plumbing that need addressing. I will definitely hire them again.
