Description of Work: We have three vehicles that we take to Lake Ridge for our auto needs. Services performed include oil changes, brakes, alignments, and flushing of transmission and brake systems. All of the work was performed in a professional and timely manner. My only ding is the last two times we made a service reservation, there was no record in their system when we arrived. Fortunately, the last time it happened, the service writer was the same person we spoke to several days before to make the reservation. Not sure if they are just so busy they forget to enter the info into their system.

Description of Work: They serviced my very old Subaru on many occasions, including times when I needed immediate service. They were always honest, polite, efficient. and not too expensive.I haven't used them in the past year, however, because I bought a new Subaru Crosstrek at Brown's Subaru on Liberia Avenue so now I have my car serviced there. Incidentally, Brown's service is FANTASTIC!

Description of Work: Had diagnostic work for check engine light. Had catalytic converter replaced. Staff were very responsive and polite. Work was done quickly. Parts came in quickly. They conveniently have a shuttle. Everything went well. The only thing I am not happy with is that my car now occasionally makes a noise that it did not make before. Otherwise everything went well.

Description of Work: They put my new tires on, and asked them to do a front end alignment. They inspected my car and told me it was not needed. They could have not done it, and still charge me, but they were honest and informed me there was no need. The mechanic was honest.

They will pick you up and bring you home if necessary (if you live within the area) and I have never felt that they would try to rip me off. They have always done very good job.

 + 0 moreShop performed safety inspection and oil change, and charged for diagnosing the engine noise. The shop diagnosed an engine noise as the need to replace a timing belt, but a costly estimate. I went to another shop (Caton's Auto Repair) for a second opinion, which made the same diagnosis, but estimated and completed the work at less than half the price estimated by Lake Ridge Auto Care.
Description of Work: VA safety inspection, oil change, and diagnose engine noise.

 + -1 moreI called the shop at 9:00 AM on a Saturday not expecting to get an appointment until the following week. I also wasn't sure if the shop even serviced BMWs. However, I was very surprised to not only be told they did service my car but I could drop it off that morning for an evaluation. The representative told me they would perform a service check for $44 and then inform me what items, if any, needed service. I dropped the car off at 10:00 AM and received a call at 1:30 PM to inform me my brakes needed to be replaced along with several fluid replacements and wipers. They also said the parts I needed wouldn't be in until Monday. They quoted me a price of $1493.47 and I agreed to the price and to wait two days for the repair. I was then surprised by a call at 4:30 PM telling me the parts had been obtained and my car would be ready for pickup at 6:00 PM. I was very impressed that they did the work faster than expected and at the price they quoted. Great job!
Description of Work: My 2004 BMW was due a 60,000 mile service. This is a comprehensive maintenance check that requires several items to be inspected and repaired and/or replaced if needed. Since Lake Ridge isn't a BMW specific repair location I thought there might be a challenge to get everything done.

 + -1 moreDID VERY GOOD WORK AND HAD THE CAR BACK THE SAME DAY. VERY COURTEOUS AND FRIENDLY TECHNICIANS WHO WALKED ME THROUGH THE PROBLEM AND THE ASSOCIATED REPAIR.
Description of Work: MY CAR DIED AND HAD IT TOWED TO LAKE RIDGE AUTO CARE. THEY DID AN INSPECTION AND FOUND THAT THE FUEL PUMP HAD GONE BAD AND NEEDED REPLACED.
