They did the job that I paid them for. Its just in the process of doing the work, the mechanic probably accidentally broke the part (the cable that control the latch ) because I cannot open the hood. They have not told me about that, I found it out my self. when i talk to them they said that the cable linked from the hood latch was old. I think it was just an excuse for them to not to cover the damage. It was also adding insult to injury. they said that I have to pay for the part they they broke. I don't want to pay for something that they broke.

I contacted Lake Ridge Auto Care and they told me to bring it by. They took in in fairly promptly for the amount of customers they had waiting. (it was the last day of November inspections) Turned out the nail didn't go all the way through. The mechanic pulled it out and they tested the tire for leaks, found none and leveled off the air pressure in all four tires. When I went to pay, they told me no charge! I've been going here for over 25 years. This is why I will always come back to Lake Ridge Auto Care. They take care of their customers.

Cesar greeted me with a smile, was nothing but courteous, called me with an update and had me ready within about an hour. He recommended other things I might need to repair in the future with no arm twisting. Very professional and a pleasant visit. Thanks!

There was one state when I felt like I was being overcharged, so I just got back and they were able to settle that.

They're close to our home and has given us good service. The price was reasonable. We keep coming here because we like it so much. They're very nice. They do certain things to add some special touches to make you say yes I want to go back to the dealer again.

They have a nice complimentary shuttle either to go home or to a commuter lot for work. Extra time needs to be planned for because others dropping off their cars will need this service as well. I ended up needing the alignment (which I suspected). Service was performed timely and to satisfaction. I have also had other car services performed here (including inspections because they have great weekend availability). Always professional, timely, and a good experience. Coupons are also usually available in your val-pac or similar mailings, which helps out. Their prices are pretty reasonable, though.

From the time I called the first time to when I picked up my repaired car, I had a consistent point of contact, Ricky. He was very courteous and professional as well as dedicated in helping me get my car fixed. He had some initial trouble finding the right rim (Ford makes quite a few different types for the Fusion), but he was determined to find the right one and in the right color, which he did in a timely manner. Overall, I was very happy with my service and should I need another repair, I will definitely return!

I gave them a C because I think they are over priced, that is their problem. The quality depends on what you are getting done. Sometimes, it has been good and sometimes it hasn't, it is inconsistent. I would not use them again in future, they are too expensive.

They did it for me for a reasonable amount of money. I like the hours they have. Especially for inspections, they have late hours for inspections, which is great. It gives people the opportunity to go to work and they will be able to still make an inspection. A lot of places don't do that. You schedule your appointment, you drop your car off. If you need a lift, they will bring you to your house and come and get you when you need to pick your car up. It's no big deal.

When we lived in the area 12 years ago, Lake Ridge Auto was our trusted auto care facility. They had earned our trust. Moving and recently returning to the area we headed back to LRA. After several visits with maintenance issues with our cars we have been disappointed just about every time and have accepted that it no longer is of the quality it once was. They have a new policy to charge to look into what the problem is in addition to the cost of the repair. I understand it costs them labor to find the problem but if I give them the repair business they should apply the diagnosis cost to the final repair. Disappointed.

Staff is always professional and attentive, as well as very informative and knowledgeable. Been taking I've vehicle here for almost 9 years and started taking a second vehicle here last December. Live the comfortable waiting room, clean restrooms, and the customer pick up and drop off service!

This is one of the best automated car washes in the area. Their price is competitive, especially with a coupon, and they provide the best service for cleaning the car inside and out after it goes through the machine. In addition, the place is clean, modern, and straight forward. I also like that they offer a free card that gives you a free wash after a certain number of visits. As an added bonus, they accept coupons from other competitors. Overall a nice deal.

My most recent service (in October 2015 I believe) was for a routine oil change. It was a Saturday and Lake Ridge Auto Care had several cars ahead of me needing the same service (oil change). I live very close by and their courtesy shuttle brought me home and in a couple hours, called me and the shuttle gave me a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. This shop is very customer oriented and it shows! I've come to this facility in the past for oil changes/state inspections on all of my cars and they have always exceeded my expectations. I plan to get my next oil change in the week or so.

It was okay. I'm still dealing with some issues with the car. I wasn't totally satisfied with their service. The pricing was outrageous. The time they finished was not on the time they promised. They didn't tune my car when they said they did so I had the car re-tuned again. I'm very dissatisfied. They gave me a sheet where the estimate costed was but later on, they changed the price. They said they provide discounts for military and it's 10%. They won't take more than $100. The manager came and said "Well, I'm not going to exceed $100." At the end of the service, I told them I'm a member of Angie's List.

Their prices are high but the work is good.

A dealership had found a nail and plugged the tire, the leakage continued. Checking and replacing tire pressure frequently was time consuming. I stopped by LRAC and spoke with Brendon, a Service advisor about the possibility of replacing the rim. He located one rim for our older car that could be shipped to them. but he recommended that the tire be checked again rather than investing $150.00 plus on a replacement rim. Thanks to the diligence of Patrick, the assigned mechanic who was the first to discover the real problem, the corrosion on the rim. The rim was cleaned up and beaded and we believe the longstanding problem is resolved. The location is very convenient, the waiting area is clean, comfortable living room like environment w/children's play corner, and transportation has been provided in Lake Ridge when needed. Throughout the process there was good communication and Brendon was professional friendly caring and took what action was needed. We appreciate having this quality business in Lake Ridge.

Although I was not happy about shelling out 2 grand, I had been driving around with the engine light on for nearly 6 months. PJ was amazing when I called him on a SUNDAY, yep they are open on Sundays, he worked to get me in first thing Monday and then as promised had me back on the road that afternoon. The repairs would have been costly no matter where I took the car. What was nice was the service and people actually doing exactly what they promised.

Went to Lake Ridge for oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes and paid a lot less than the dealership would have charged. Great service...highly recommend. Thank you.

I think they are a little pricey, but they always have good service times and they are very professional. I am there every couple of months.

They quickly performed a diagnostics check on an old 2003 Mazda MPV on its last legs. They then came back with a $1200 bill for a spark plug job. This is standard for these guys. They always make vast recommendations that are far beyond what is necessary. The local word is that since they set up shop in a somewhat affluent area of Woodbridge, they feel that they can gouge the soccer Moms. I called back (I am male) and he dropped the price to $720 immediately. I called Merchant's 3 miles down and they came back with a very reasonable quote. These guys don't necessarily do poor work, but this is the 3rd time that they have suggested fixes that are far beyond what is necessary to get the car back on the road. At the end of the day they are trying to upsell upsell upsell and are frankly not trustworthy for my family.

Been using Lake Ridge Auto for several years for 4-5 cars depending on time of year and who is home from college. I have referred neighbors and friends for years. Brought my car in for service and to no surprise the car failed inspection for a front tire needing replacement. No problem, I ordered 2 tires and was told car would be ready next day. Next afternoon I called to check and was casually told that the tires had come in, but the tire mounting machine was broken and they would not be able to get car back for at least 2 more days. When I asked why they had not called and let know, the young lady said, oh I just noticed the ticket. I picked up the car since I needed it for work the next day. When I picked it up the man who rang me up noticed the issue with the tires, but no one ever apologized or acknowledged that they put me in a difficult position late on a holiday Monday to find tires and get them mounted. I was really disappointed in the customer service. I have felt the quality has been slipping the past year and the service seems like they no longer care. I went to a nearby local shop and they were able to put tires on for me. While doing so they showed me my rear brake pads were nearly non existent and needed replacement, they and I could not believe the brakes had passed inspection. Makes me wonder if they were checked at Lake Ridge. Not sure I will be back, the new shop reminded me of Lake Ridge Auto when they first opened, their service was great and I watch them treat everyone who came in professionally. Hope LR gets it together soon.
