The technician was very polite. He did all he could to try to fix our machine. Unfortunately, the parts that needed to be replaced would cost too much. So he suggested we should buy a new machine. He left everything in order. I will definitely hire his company again and I recommend his services.

I was able to get a same day appointment. After diagnosing the issue the repairman suggested that we should save our money and instead purchase a new machine. He also gave us some "free" advice about a minor defect in our refridgerator. I appreciate the honesty and expert help.

I spent two weeks trying to contact them after purchasing an Angie's List deal and was unable to do so by phone, email, or the form on their website.

Quick and efficient. Identified a unique problem and solved it (rebalanced washer, correcting failure-to-latch issue).

In terms of the actual repair and visit, things were great and I would use them again. Asif diagnosed and fixed the problem very promptly. Just don't expect great white-glove service on all the other details. Despite what purchasing the deal on Angie's List suggested, I had to reach out to the provider myself and call to make the appointment. I then had to reach out to ask when the parts came in and call again to make the appointment even though I asked for open windows via email. I didn't get the impression that they knew I had purchased an Angie's List deal. But overall they did respond to emails promptly and left voicemail messages. In the actual repair (where it counts after all), Asif did a great job and was very efficient. Had I known he would have done it so quickly, I may not have purchased the Angie's List deal and paid for labor and visit a la carte as it might have been slightly cheaper -- but of course this is hard to tell for sure beforehand.

GE oven doesn't maintain consistent temp, and frig water dispenser doesn't work nor does the frig's ice maker. Repairman came and said that he's "seen this problem with this frig 100's of times." He spent two hours at my parent's house and my elderly mother paid $260 in parts and labor. How many of the THREE problem (oven overheating, ice maker, water dispenser) were fixed for $260 in two hours?? NONE. In good faith, my mother paid him the full amount but the problem is still not resolved weeks later. He reimbursed partial but he still kept $100, which is more than his said price for a diagnostic service call. There is absolutley no difference in the 3 problems now than before he came. Everything is still broken. To salt the wound, even though water and ice will not dispense, her bill includes a $47 cost of a water filter -- that's real useful on a frig that can't dispense water because he can't fix it! The repairman's response to my complaint is that we have to be fair and he needs to make some money in the deal (yes, that's verbatim what he said to me). My feeling is that don't charge us for a water filter if you can't even fix the water line! Even if he was capable of fixing 1 of the 3 problems, then that would be better than nothing! But he was given 3 repair opportunities and couldn't solve even one of them. He says I'm being unfair because I think my mom should only be charged his $59 service call amount and he wants more than that to compensate him for the additional $47 water filter. So you decide who you think is fair in this. His temper and rudeness on the phone to try to work this out was enough for me!

Appliance Geek, Asif, came at appointed time. Established very quickly that the tub bearing was totally broken, and that the cost of repair far exceeded the price of a new machine. He suggested replacements for our machine and gave us 6 months of free service calls for the fee we had already paid for the "Deal

The service was pretty reasonable. The tech was perfect, I give him a A. It only took him about 10 minutes to figure it out. I don't think I really needed the Deal due to the issues being verify minimal.

The team was punctual, careful to avoid tracking dirt inside my home and not eager to replace something. It seemed that for an unknown reason, the ice maker had created a set of really small ice cubes that were too small to break away from the ice tray as part of the cycle, but big enough to prevent cycling of the ice maker to create new ice cubes. They just removed the tiny cubes and asked me to watch the ice maker. All is well. A dishonest contractor might have told me that I have to replace the entire ice maker and I might have believed it.

They were responsive throughout the process, arrived on time, fixed it efficiently and for the best price (I'd called around). I had a lot of trouble getting others to even call back, but they were very polite and professional at every stage.

Repair team visited three times over about three weeks. The problem now appears fixed but we bought a new pump that was probably not necessary. To their great credit, they did not charge for labor for the additional visits, but I suspect if they had been more thorough on the first visit, the additional visits and new pump wouldn't have been necessary.

My tenants seem satisfied with how the dryer is now running.

We had a great experience with Appliance Geek. When I called, I received an (almost) immediate call back and was able to set up an appointment for the next day with the technician. The technician (Sean) arrived on time and was pleasant, professional and efficient. He determined which part needed to be replaced and said it could be ordered and received within a day or so. Once the part was received, an appointment could be set up for repair. I told him that he could text me as soon as he had the part, which he did 24 hours later, to say that the part would be in the next morning.... he actually received it that night and offered to come the next afternoon to make the repair. He just finished up a little while ago, and I am very happy with how the whole experience went. I will definitely call them again if we have any other issues with our major appliances.

The were able to identify the problem rather quickly, even though it wasn't one of the typical issues that causes a dryer to not get hot. They had the parts needed on hand and were able to do the job in a very timely manner. Would definitely use them again!

these folks are outstanding. honest, highly knowledgeable, had oven that i thought needed repair and he explained to me that there was no need to also repair oven. highly recommend!

Very good. Fair price and fast service. The owner (I am sorry, I don't have his name here) was very personable and gave me tips on both appliances to make better decisions.
