American Plumbing (Daniel) came out quickly to give us an estimate for a water line repair. We contacted their recommended line leak detector company, who came out to find and mark the leak area the next day. The repair took place a few days later, when our schedules allowed. It only took a few hours, with minimal digging, and after Miss Utility inspected the repair, the ground was replaced, including the sod. The company made the whole process easy, and we've sent the receipt on to Fairfax Water for a (hopeful) bill adjustment.

Effective communication.

Dan and his team at American Plumbing, Inc did a great job replacing our water main pipe. I sent a quote request Saturday afternoon. Within minutes I got a call from Dan saying he could come Sunday morning for on-site review. Within a hour of visit I received a very reasonable quote. Crew came 9am Tuesday and water was back on by noon. Great communication, service, price and warranty. You canâ t go wrong with American Plumbing, Inc if you need your water main repaired or replaced!

Needed an emergency water service lateral replaced. Dan was very professional, proactive, and communicative. Estimate came back substantially lower than competitors. Once we decided to proceed, they were able to fit us in same week short notice. On the day of, they were in and out within 2.5hrs. Showed up on time, no hassle. Weâ re new homeowners and never dealt with this kind of issue before but they made it easy and simple to deal with, making sure we were on the same page with expectations and action items each step of the way. Would hire again and recommend to anyone considering their services.

No upfront charge - pay only if you use them. They use line locators and they found leak in main within 4 ft. One hole, no trench.

This company has shown high professionalism, experience and expertise in replacing the main water line. The techniques they used require little digging. The lawn was restored after the installation was done.

Other contractors wanted to excavate and charge us 3x American Plumbing's quote or more. Dan and his team were incredibly fair, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. I wish there were more pros like them. They have my highest recommendation!

Team did minimally evasive great work.

On time. Stayed on site all day. Didnâ t disappear like most contractors. Professional and hard working. Kept me up to date on progress and challenges of the job. Didnâ t tear up my yard and left it in good condition whence done. Allowed me to ask questions and watch when I wanted to. Estimate was what I was charged.

Awesome! Very responsive and efficient. I would 100% recommend them.

Estimate was half of what the others wanted to charge for 300+ ft of water line replacement. Work was obviously performed by skilled/master tradesmen. I watched. They brought a full crew and the right equipment. Job took 1/2 day and they did a great "after" job recovery. It's hard to tell that work had been done, even the garden area close to the house was restored. Finally, they beat their own estimate by 6.25%. I'll say it again: Their estimate beat the other two by 50% and their final invoice was 6.25% below their own estimate. I almost forgot. Their no charge, full parts and labor warranty period exceeded the others by 25%. Thanks again American! I wish that I hadn't wasted $60 to get that "other company" to just show up to do an estimate. I like to pick my own charities.

Great experience

A lot of plumbers come to sell you other "stuff". Things like water heaters and water filters and such. But when you have a leak and are losing good water and even more money, all you want us the problem solved, not to be sold some unnecessary. Thanks American Plumbing Inc for solving my problem.

American Plumbing repaired a leak in the waterline at my home, Dan responded quickly to what needed to be done to fixed the problem, he was knowledgeable and honest about what needed to be done. Dave and his team came out to fix it; they were on time, very professional and efficient. Afterwards, my yard actually looked like it was never dug up from the work they had to do.
