Im not someone that gives out high marks but I'm really impressed with American Plumbing. The owner was very courteous and genuine. He called me immediately upon my submission in homeadvisor. He also came over that evening to take a look. This was the only company to do any of this. His crew that came to work my issue were also very courteous and knowledgeable. They were completed my main water pipe replacement in one day with county inspection as well. There are times when fast work means shotty but not this time. Working with Dan, Dave and crew was a pleasure and they are definitely my go to for plumbing needs. Thank you again for coming to our rescue.

I am completely satisfied with the services performed by Dan, his crew, and customer service relations. Dan was the first Home Advisor Pro to respond to my request and offered the lowest estimate for the same job detail described from four other companies. Dan was very thorough in communicating job details per phone, text, pics, and videos before, during, and after job completion. I was very impressed with job clean up detail as well and in such a timely manner. There is a possibility that additional work may be necessary in the future due to aged plumbing and I will be sure to call Dan/American Plumbing for such future needs.

Dan and everyone at American Plumbing did a great job fixing my fathers water leak. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and communication, I spoke with Dan on the phone and texted him several times and he answered me immediately and always provided the information I was asking for. He even sent me pictures today of the completed project and it looks amazing, I cannot thank them all enough.

I would highly recommend American Plumbing, Inc. I had a water leak in the main supply line coming into my house. I had been noticing water on my sideway off and on for about a month but with all the rain and wet weather I hadn't been certain where it was coming from. Finally, the last weekend of Jan. it became nearly certain that I did have a leak in my water line. I began a search for contractors on Sunday. Dan contacted me right away and set up an appointment for early Monday Morning. He showed up right on time and assessed the situation and verified I did have a leak. He provided me with an estimate. I obtained three more estimates that same day, but that was a waste of time. American Plumbing came in well below everyone else. I had to call Dan back to review his estimate again because others had told me I needed several things that he hadn't specifically noted. He confirmed to me that his bid did consider and included those items. Needless to say, I told Dan I would like for him to do the work and asked when he could do it. He was able to get to me on Wednesday of that same week, as we were entering some of the coldest weather of the winter. He and his crew showed up right on time and swiftly got to work replacing my waterline. Everything went very smoothly and they were completed in less than five hours. They left my yard looking pretty much the same as they found it. As I said in my opening, I would highly recommend American Plumbing, Inc.

Leak locator found the leak in the main. American was out the next day with a wonderfully efficient crew. Got it dug up and fixed before I knew it. Definitely someone to hire. Smooth and efficient.

My main water line had cracked and started calling around for estimates. Dan, the owner, came to my house on New Year’s Day to take a look at the issue. He called no more than 10 minutes after I submitted my request and was at my house in an hour. You can’t ask for a faster response time, especially on a major holiday. He gave me an estimate which was considerably lower than anyone else and also explained different options/scenarios from the cheapest to most expensive. We scheduled an appointment for a couple days later. The crew that arrived that morning were great. They worked fast and even though we ran into a few snags because of the way our home was built. They bored a new hole and replaced the the line with new copper and had me back up and running around 1:45pm. They tamped the dirt down and smoothed it and did a fine job finishing the concrete patch in my laundry room. I would recommend this company to anyone and the prices they offer are more than fair.

Our experience with American Plumbing was fantastic. We had a break in our water main three days before Christmas. They assessed our problem within 24 hours of being contacted and quickly provided us a clear picture of the work that would be necessary and were also the best estimate we received. The team does quick work with impeccable quality. We had water again a full day earlier than expected and their work was minimally invasive of our existing structures and landscaping - this was a surprise given our yard and home's very complicated layout. However, for us what was ultimately most appreciated was how comfortable we felt throughout the entire process. At no point was there any pause or reservation that we could have found a better team for the job. Thank you, American Plumbing!

American plumbing were awesome and did a fantastic job! Dan is Great and very responsive and considering that they did this on Christmas eve and then finish it today was Great. I highly recommend this guys for their professional work and most of all the technology they use to dig underground. It's like they never touched the ground!

Dan, the owner, was very professional. His schedule was booked through Christmas and was originally going to have to wait until the day after Christmas to fix our underground water leak. These guys are the best! Great work and clean up. Had an underground leak. They made an estimate, arranged for Miss Utility, and did the work the following day. Neighbors can hardly tell where they dug! Very pleasant to work with. Timely, know their stuff and fair price. Faith in humanity: RESTORED!

American Plumbing was the first to respond to my request to have our water main replaced. The handily beat four other companies in responsiveness, price, and willingness to work me into their already jammed schedule. When I hired them, it just got better. They arrived when they said the would and despite some challenges in with the boring they finished the job in the one day's time they said it would take. Dan, the owner, was on site almost the entire time. American is MY plumber from now on!

I had an excellent experience with American Plumbing. The day my water line ruptured I called around to several plumbing companies to try and get someone out to provide an estimate, Dan (the owner) was extremely informative and was at my house within several hours after contact The other companies I contacted were not as responsive and took until the end of the day to get back to me. They were very accommodating in repairing my water line the following day! The crew that did the work were very efficient and there was little to no damage to my yard. Excellent, excellent service

I had a damaged pipe that ran from my meter to my townhome. American Plumbing responded promptly. They definitely made this process easy and left my property in tack. I will most definitely refer them and will use them again if the need arises.
