I am extremely happy with the work that this company did. I was kept appraised from start to finish of the project. The install team answered all my questions and restored any areas that had been impacted back to their original state. Neighbors were watching them work and I had zero visits from my HOA. That was golden! If your project is some kind of line repair/replacement( mine was a water main) this is the company you want to have do the work!

We had a water main leak somewhere between our house main line to the main water line from the street. I submitted a request and Dan reached out within minutes. He came out within the hour found the leak and went over the issue, ways to solve to problem and the time frame. I was expecting to spend 10k and the whole front yard being dug up in order to fix this issue but instead I ended up paying a fraction of the cost and no yard being dug up plus a 10 year warranty. Very satisfied!

WOW!!! I rarely write any reviews but I think this company deserves to be recognized. They re truly one-of-a-kind. Owner Dan is very honest, responsive and truly cares about his clients. Received estimates from two other companies quoting me around $5k to get my water line replaced and Dan charged me half that price. The other two companies indicated that it might be a two day job and Dave and his crew did it in 3 hours! Additionally, they also back filled the hole in the basement where my husband was trying to repair the source of the pipe burst. And finally, I had to text Dan and remind him to send me the invoice so I can make a payment. I mean most companies want their money as soon as the job is completed. But Dan was in no hurry and just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with the work.

Dave who performed the work and his team were very professional from the beginning to the end. They answered all my questions, tested all the installation, and made sure the water system was fully operational before they left. They completed the work ahead of the schedule and within the budget (agreed upon estimates). Dan (the owner) stopped by after the installation for quality check, that was a plus for me. Quality work!!!

Came to my house on a Saturday when I really needed them. Replaced a broken water valve in my garage promptly and efficiently. Dan came back on Tuesday to fix another problem with my kitchen sink faucet. These guys are both professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Dan was the first to reply to my need for service (during the evening), and was there at my house promptly the following day for an estimate. He explained everything that had happened (my water main broke in between the meter and the house) and everything that he would do to correct the problem. He also told me that he would absolutely be the lowest price for this job. He came in at $3,500. The next plumbing contractor that I had in for an estimate also told me that he was the lowest price and would beat any other price. He came in at $6,000. I told him we had nothing to discuss any further as I already had an estimate at $3,500. He offered to come down to $5,300. Sometimes you just have to shake your head as you show folks where the exit is. Dan's brother-in-law Dave came the following day with a crew and proceeded to do everything promised and even more. They were able to save my landscaping even though some of the big shrubs were right where the new pipe needed to go, and they were so clean that it looks like they were never here. I am extremely pleased with the phenomenal job they did.

Great communication, professional, best estimate

My dad called Michael and Sons and they quoted him 4000 then he called Myplumber and they quoted him 3000 for a spot repair on a main water line going to the house and 6000 to 8000 to replace it. So i sent out a few requests and Daniel P. From American Plumbing Inc. Just quoted him 1200 for the spot repair and 2800 for the full replacement. Also Myplumber said monday unless it rains on monday, American Plumbing Inc. said they would come out today.Our experience says it all.

Dan was quick to reply to my service need, provided the best estimate for service, juggled his schedule to allow a team to come the very NEXT morning since I had no water. The team was professional and efficient. Even the jackhammering of cemenrt and digging in front yard was wrapped up neatly and carefully. I can t say enough good things about the whole experience with Ameriican Plumbing.

Quoted me a fix and replacement price, after digging to the pipe they said a fix will be sufficient since they know the neighborhood, thanks for not fleecing me, I would have easily paid for a new line since I know little about it.

Dan is very professional and expert in his work. He is honest and courteous. I was away while I needed him to work on the water main line and he made it seem very easy although it was very stressful.

I would rate American Plumbing Inc. 5 stars PLUS. They were professional, courteous, and provided excellent work at a very fair price. Dan the owner was prompt at answering my HomeAdvisor submission on a Friday and came immediately to see the problem and explain what needed to be done and provided me two proposals. Dan worked with the water company, gas company and Miss Utility on Saturday. Dan and his crew did the work a day later on Sunday. The new line and components are top of the line and better than what was originally installed in my home. The clean up was excellent inside and outside my home. The yard was left in the same condition as it was before the work began or maybe even better. American Plumbing Inc. exceeded my expectations. Dan and his crew are top notch. I highly recommend American Plumbing Inc.
