Organized, efficient, dependable, communicates, and stands behind what they do. The service technicians were detailed focused, and respectful and attentive to the other contractors and what was going on around them. Everyone that worked in our home was clean, wearing footwear and face covering and cleaned up after themselves before they left. I recommend them. They installed new plumbing and gas lines in the kitchen we were renovating. I am grateful for the work that they performed and the expeditious manner in which they were able to get it accomplished. My review is based on one interaction. A representative from Winchester Plumbing and Gas Services quickly responded to my need for on-site inspection of both plumbing and propane gas services. The inspection was incredibly thorough, the representative was excellent in his knowledge and communication, and the price for the inspection was incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be calling them when the actual work to be performed is needed.

I called plumbing company to discuss work to be done and cost. Cost for one hour ($115) quoted on phone plus travel charge ($60) to Leesburg from Winchester totaled $175. Once plumber arrived and unclogged the drain, the hourly rate increased to$150 and the travel charge to $8o. When I called the main office they told me hourly rate was incorrect. Loudoun County rate is $150 not $115. The $115 rate is for counties closer to Winchester like Frederick and Clark County. The travel fee was also incorrect. The travel time charge to Loudoun County it is $80 not $60. No offer was made to honor the original quote. I am disappointed.

The owner cam to look at our water heater, which is 15 years old. He diagnosed the problem, and searched for a part they o longer manufacture. Given the part price, it made sense to replace the old heater. His crew was quick, polite, clean and pleasant. They answered all of my questions. Stanley Plumbing in Front Royal was rude, would NOT tell me what was wrong with my heater but just wanted to replace it for $1600 MORE than Winchester Plumbing charged for the entire job.

This was the smoothest emergency I ve ever encountered, thanks to Winchester plumbing! They were here within a half hour and we re done within the hour, and cleaned up!! Great service, friendly tech! Will call again if needed!!

Both bathrooms were clogged. They were able to make some schedule changes and worked us in very quickly. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Didn't waste any time and cleared the clog very quickly. Definitely recommend!!

Had an outside bib hose added to home. He was Fast. called me within 10 minutes of actual request and scheduled for next day. showed up on time and completed quickly. great job.
