I requested a plumber, but they did not send a licensed plumber, just a repair person. They said there would be a $65 service call and that would be applied to the first hour of labor. I didn't know he wasn't a licensed plumber. He said he could fix the faucet by ordering a part. He said he could fix the shower without having to open the wall. When he came back to do the repair, he didn't turn the water off in the basement, he just turned it off at the connection, or so he thought. Water poured out all over my hardwood floors in my kitchen when he started the work. He also said he would have to cut into the wall to fix the shower. I told him to leave and we cleaned up the water. I called the company and they were not sympathetic at all about the water damage. The owner became very defensive and rude. They were ungracious, ill prepared, and did not send a licensed plumber. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was a really bad experience.
Description of Work: A repair person came to fix a leaky faucet and shower head.
